The Hotel Palace Viareggio is located on the famous promenade, crossing which you arrive directly on the beach.

From the Blu Bar located on the sea view terrace on the 4th floor, every evening you can admire a romantic sunset with a view that stretches from the Gulf of Poets to the Gorgona island; behind the scenery of the Apuan Alps with the candid white of Carrara marble to remind us Michelangelo, Bernini and all the most important Italian sculptors.

The Hotel is a historic Art Nouveau building from 1913; it is due to the famous Arch. Belluomini, the renovation in 1922, which will make the Hotel one of the symbols of the Belle Epoque. The restyling that took place between 2018 and 2023 was based on the recovery and conservation of all the furnishings. In the room, only the bathroom has been completely renovated, while the bed, the furniture and the parquet, original from 1960, have been restored; this without taking anything away from comfort, mattresses, pillows, TV are all new. The floors and furnishings have also been preserved in the common areas, the Bar is original from 1960, as are the Murano drop chandeliers

The feeling you get when you enter the hotel is to live an experience based on the architectural history of the early 20th century. The "Belle Epoque" room where breakfast is served, it’s an example of skilful recovery and conservation of retro furnishings.

It has been frequented by the local People, a meeting place in the caminet room and Piano room, and after to enjoy an aperitif and a dinner in its two Bars and two Restaurants; a concept that carries perfectly with the desire of the Staff, to bring the Hotel not only for Tourists, but also for those who live there all year round.

The Hotel has 69 rooms, 18 of which have a sea view, 3 apartments are also available, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room/kitchen, with a balcony overlooking the Apuan Alps. Also available are 2 conference rooms.
