Great place to spend vacation. Nice staff. Really close to beach. Shop with everything you could need is placed in areal... There is also a pool in upper area of complex. About a 15 minutes drive by car is city Trpoea, a historical center of the region with many shops and restaurants.

Typical Calabrian experience in a very nice "holiday village". Great views! Crystal clear sea! Excellent food! Great program during day and evening with lovely animators! And the best experience is having lovely Italian people around you! Yes, the organization of the services could be improved but that is also what makes Italy and its holiday culture.

I have been at Eden Village a number of times - actually, I think I was there my first time in 1995, where the village was not really a village but a small bar with some basic facilities. Now the place has grown exponentially and you can find any time of comfort, super-kind staff, beautiful beach, awesome kid-related entertainment and...

Very nice resort with a lot of plants like palma, banana, hibiscus..., very clean room and very friendly staff. Next to the beautiful beach with deckchairs and parasols and a fantastic blue sea. Breakfasts are average for my taste, dominated desserts like a cakes.

Worst attitude of the staff that I have experienced. Confusing information, functionless internet in a separate part of the hotel (bungalows with sea view), NO transfer between the hotel and our accommodation (20 minute walk up a steep hill). I was thrown out of the pool because I did not have a bathing cap. Staff at the restaurant can not...

Village Eden is build in the early 80's and it shows. There is no Airco, showers are spraying about everything but the body and the beds are used many many times. Clean but dated. Now one would think that my end recommendation would be negative, but if you, like we did, prefer a top location very close to the beach,...

Delightful setting directly on beautiful bay. Stayed in UK half -term week , and had the resort almost to ourselves - indeed the pool was generally empty so no need to book the sunbeds early! No other Brits, it is an essentially Italian holiday area but staff helpful with enough English to guide us even if the menu translation is...

We stayed at Eden Village second half of October. The idea of the Villagio itself is good, as they have hotel, separated apartments the same area, detached apartments a bit higher on the hill, restaurant joined to the bar and all of it located close to the sea. To get there you need to go several curls down from the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
One of the most beautiful parts of the Calabrian coast, Tropea town and the Capo Vaticano area treasure the natural beauty, history and most attractive holiday resorts - those where man followed the natural landscape and where hotels and villages are hidden among generous Mediterranean vegetation. Placed literally on the beach, underneath Capo Vaticano, the village is only 30 metres from the seashore. Well developed amid trees and coastal slopes, Eden seems to be the natural part of this most exciting Calabrian coastal spot. ... more   less
