Great hotel with interesting concept of having rooms spread out in various buildings. Room was clean and had a great bed. Internet was spotty but not a big deal. Location was very charming being in the walled fort? in the old section of Termoli. Located right above the beach and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The room was pretty good, but not great. Our room had a bed with a pretty good mattress (and that is saying a lot in Italy). The street outside however had lights on all night, and the curtains did not span the full length of the window, so there was light into the room all night. Not that big of...

This hotel was rightly recommended by my friend. It was located in the beautiful old town of Termoli, with the rooms scattered around the piazza in various buildings, with some of the rooms overlooking the sea. The room that was given to me had a very cozy feel, as if I was living like a local (in terms of interior...

Great location in the centre of the old town (light sleepers note it can get noisy at weekends in the main square) the room was clean, comfortable room with a sea view and a good buffet breakfast all at a very reasonable price.

The rooms are inter dispersed among a number of separate building around the square. Small central place for breakfast but a wonderful restaurant on site. Short walk to shopping district. Located on the sea wall with nice walking paths.

Beautifully situated in the heart of the atmospheric 'centro storico' this is a great little hotel with rooms scattered amongst the ancient heart of Teramo. The decor in our room was finely done with a firm bed and a first rate bathroom. As an added bonus the beach is within easy walking distance and free public car parking is close...

We had a fantastic week in one of the cosy and beautiful rooms right in the centre of the borgo antico. It works as a Bed and breakfast and it is clean everyday. The beds are comfortable. The position is amazing and everything is fine. Only little problem they should address is the cue for breakfast !

My family and I were en route to our final holiday destination when we drove into the sleepy village of Termoli by the sea. We were lucky to run into a nice local woman who was in the process of opening a new shop in the old city. She referred us to Residenza Sveva, and we are so glad she...

This "albergo difuso" has rooms in several different buildings in the old walled city of Termoli. Ours had a view of the sea and beach, was brightly decorated and got lots of fresh air and sunshine but was pretty small. Lots of noise from carousers in the parking lot below our window. The breakfast room, next to Reception, is also...

This hotel is different in that it is housed in a few buildings in the Old Town area. We had a room overlooking the sea as requested. It was delightful. The reception area is in the square and also includes the breakfast room. The two gentlemen who were there during our stay looked after us well. Breakfasts were substantial although...
