My wife and I have had two stays at this hotel, both have been good. Food very good and the staff are very friendly and very eager to help in anyway. The mini bus service from the hotel down to the slopes and back again runs very smoothly and the bar and wellness centre are very good.

A nicely appointed hotel only a 10 minute walk from the Cit Roc chair and the centre of Sestriere. The hotel provides a mini-bus to and from the main chairs and gondolas out of Sestriere. Don't expect to be the only people wanting to use this facility at 9am as the hotel is quite large. Rooms were comfortable and just...

Hotel is in a location with a number of positives, however, the food in the hotel is quite poor, not great deal of choice and what there is is not hot. The rooms are comfy and spacious, staff are friendly and helpful and there is a good shuttle bus service to the lifts. When we were there we all were...

High Base music kept us awake every night from Tabata club. Spoke nicely to the hotel, Taba owner of club, holiday reps, police !!!. All did nothing. Whatever happened to the 'good night guarantee'. Felt fobbed off and patronised by Italians generally. All of a sudden no one can speak english if you are complaining.

Stayed here for a weeks skiing in Jan. Reception staff were really pleasant. Room not ready but we did arrive before noon. Told there were drinks and cake etc in the conservatory area. Nice in there with the wood stove and old leather settees. Within 10 minutes we were made aware that the room was ready. We were on floor...

We arrived staff friendly. Obviously a language barrier but very helpful. Room clean and jacuzzi bath which was a bonus. Tea coffee and cake for arrival. Had a greeting chat which was good and relaxed in the spa area. Dinner was lovely and the staff GREAT felt more in a restaurant than just a buffet. Topping up wine saving it...

Breakfast was awful - tepid hot water for tea, bad coffee, stale bread and cheese so hard I had to leave it. Dinner was cold with no service from staff - don't expect to get asked if you want a drink...we had to ask for water and gave up before requesting any wine!! Dessert not worth bothering with either...terrible. Overall,...
