Sorry to say less than satisfied with our stay. It is a 3 star hotel and is clean. The food is good and the staff are really helpful and friendly. We stayed in the last week of the season. The hotel was fully booked with a lot of Italian school children. This was the start of the bad experience. Unfortunately...

This was both our second ski holiday in Sauze d'Oulx and stay at Hotel Biancaneve and again, we weren't disappointed. Elena, Claudia and all their staff were wonderful, providing us with genuine hospitality, immaculately clean bedrooms/bathrooms and home-cooked food which was second to none. We were welcomed with open arms and we left hoping to return next year.

This place is ideal for a cheap ski trip. Stayed last week and had a great time. The rooms were basic but clean, we had a double, a twin and a triple, each had proportionately the same amount of room, however they aren't soundproofed so if you get a bunch of noisy people you can hear them very clearly and...

A week spent in Sestriere in Italy was a pure delight. Nielson was great to book with and very professional in resort - cheers Giles and team! Sestiere is a fabulous resort at 2020 metres the pistes were very well looked after even though it did not snow until our last day. There was more snow in Mont Genevre but...

Our third year staying at the Biancaneve - what more could be posted that trumps that. This is a 3* Hotel that delivers on every one of its 3* - its not pretentious, a family orientated hotel, value for money and it delivers on all counts. Waiting to book for 2017. Love this place.

Just finished a fantastic week at the Biancaneve! The location is perfect - less than 200m to the nearest chairlift and gondola. The food was brilliant and plentiful. Lots of snow plus the sun was shining most days of the week! Would highly recommend using this hotel as a great base to explore the Milky Way.

I stayed at Hotel Biancaneve for a week as part of a group of 10 adults. The staff here are amazing. Food was of a good standard for a half board ski holiday, good choices and a great salad buffet to start. Breakfast had plenty of choice and good coffee. The rooms that we stayed in were basic and a...

We stayed at the hotel with our friends we both have toddlers and had struggled to find family friendly accommodation for skiing, the hotel was advertised as family friendly. On arrival we were a little disappointed by the dated decor and the fact dinner was at 7pm.. Not very toddler friendly.. However decor aside, the rooms were decent sized, clean...

We stayed here in January for one week on a Neilson package holiday. The price we payed was lower than other hotels in Sestriere so we did not expect the hotel to be 'Five Star'. However, we were not disappointed given the price. First was the food. We were half board and the evening dinner was exceptional if not fantastic!...

We have stayed at The Biancaneve many times with family and friends and we are always made so welcome by the two sisters. Their local expertise, knowledge and assistance will make your trip to Sauze the best it could possibly be. They will arrange airport pick up and drop off and recommend ski hire shops and help with anything else...
