Don't get me wrong this is a nice hotel - but for grown ups only. From a family point of view we booked as a family of 4 with two well behaved children aged 8 & 10 yrs old and the hotel is definitely geared to grown ups. The main issue being the swimming pool facilities (which have you have...

We stayed at this hotel with Crystalski for a week. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms big, clean, with amazing views over the mountains. We had a jacuzzi bath, which was lovely after a day skiing. The complimentary toiletries were replaced daily, as was the espresso machine supplies. There was no kettle or tea in the room, but...

Stayed at P di P for a great ski week with Crystal holidays. Bit of a stuttery start having to change room, but once this was sorted (thanks Hanna) ans everything got better and better. Room nice and spacious and liked jacuzzi bath and salts. Breakfast good, but dinner great and we thought Giuseppe was an outstanding maitre'd. Didnt use...

The hotel was great. Rooms are equipped with espresso machine, mini fridge, and other facilities. breakfast is diverse and there is a wide selection of food for vegetarians too. the dinner is AMAZING and has very high level dishes, from all kinds. although, in the dinner there is not a wide selection for vegetarians. ski in ski out is great,...

The room was clean and tidy but small. The bathroom was small, the shower too small for me to use (I am 6ft and 15 stone). The toilet was a joke, too close to the wall for me to use. Breakfast was nothing special, so too dinner. Definitely not 5 star.

Dear guest, thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you didn't enjoyed your stay at Principi di Piemonte. You've booked a single room, as per description on our web site in the single rooms there are no bath but only a shower. Unfortunately you didn't ask for a change at the reception staff and you didn't mentioned any inconvenience...

Our hotel room was on the 5th floor and spacious enough for a family with one child though the storage was slightly lacking, nowhere to hang your ski jackets for example. It was also very warm though that's better than being too cold, we just opened the windows every now & then. The bed is also rather hard. Toiletries were...

First of let me start by saying that, we stayed at the hotel 4 years ago and loved it. This time in December 2016, we were left disappointed. The first time we were there, a lot was included, and the extras things we had to pay for were reasonably priced. This time everything was out of proportions price wise. As...

We visited the hotel for our honeymoon and overall had a fantastic experience. On the first night the team arranged for us to have dinner in the bistro area (a separate smaller dining area that was perfect for a romantic meal). We were lucky to have this to ourselves, but I am not sure if this would always be the...

The setting for the hotel is lovely,as is the convenience of ski in and ski out. Nice ski lockers that dried and warmed our mitts and boots. We shared our room with our daughter, and the hotel organized an extra bed for her, so all good in this regard. The bathrooms were also nicely renovated. It was a nice touch...

We have narrowly escaped being charged €15 for the privilege of asking for 2 wine glasses for our room. Of course, we were unwilling to pay this. Having skied all over the world, I have never been charged for use of the hotel spa. The charge per person here is €12.50. The adjoining pool was full with screaming children, not...
