I have just returned from a ski trip to Sestriere. The hotel was very clean, the buffet food was wide ranging and excellent. The room were very warm and toasty which was great when returning from a long day of skiing. The hotel has a small swimming pool, gym and sauna. If you are looking for abudget hotel then look no...

After taking many a school trip, this is by far the best hotel we have ever used. Rooms basic but with everything you need - how much time do you spend in your room? Clean, and fresh towels every couple of days. Hotel very warm - nice to come back to after a chilly day! Heating was excellent whilst there...

As party leader on a school ski trip I have to say this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. We look for hotels that can accommodate our groups (50 in total this time), are within walking distance to the slopes and have easy access to the local town/village, making it safe for our pupils. This hotel...

The reviews on this hotel must be viewed in context of the price paid. We booked a 4 bedded room for £60 a night.......that's £15 a person for bed, breakfast and parking! I stayed with my two teenage boys and whilst I recognise all the comments made especially around the lifts and bar service but for the price you pay...

Do not stay in this hotel if you want any sleep. Full of drunken teenagers. Friends in another room ended up in a physical fight with drunken guests when asking them to quieten down. Hotel Staff were not interested when a complaint was made. This hotel would suit 18-30s more interested in drinking than skiing. Bed was uncomfortable with itchy...

I loved the hotel the rooms were average but were very comfortable and all the services worked, lifts were not great but we where on the ground floor. Faster internet would also be great. The food was very nice, I loved the lunch and tea!....

I recently returned from this hotel after staying for a week on a school ski trip. Very small dirty rooms. Poor food with absolutely no variety (pasta for lunch and dinner everyday) Only 2 lifts for the hotel, one of which was broken at one point, which were often very busy and a nightmare to use. I wasn't expecting much...

This premises should not be in a classification of hotel. Yes it does have the apparent amenities but the execution of them is far from acceptable. It's best quality is the location as close to everything. It is run more or less like a youth hostel. Children everywhere roaming the corridors to their shrieking delight, messing around in the already...

We stayed in the "White Tower" an interesting architecture of 14 floors served by a spiral sloping corridor. 2 lifts which are overcharged at peak periods, mealtimes and going-skiing times! The food is served at a buffet and is pretty mediocre, canteen food would best describe it. No fresh fruit at breakfast choice of 1 fruit at lunchtime and occasionally...

The rooms are small and dirty, especially the carpets when you see it makes you sick. The only food at breakfast, cheese, eggs and croissants. nothing else very poor breakfast. Coffee is very bad smelly even you can not drink coffee. However in a mountain hotel breakfast must be very important & full of range.... The bathroom was like frozen no heat...
