an amazing hotel in the middle of a beautiful valley in the middle of the Dolomites, right next to the cable car and the hiking trail to TreCime. We had a corner room with a window to the cable car, but the room was so quiet that we didn't know about it. There was complete peace and quiet in the entire hotel and its surroundings, even though the hotel was full of guests. The staff was very nice and friendly and fulfilled all our wishes. I ordered flowers for my wife's room as a surprise and maximum satisfaction. The hotel has a modern and very spacious spa with excellent equipment. We were at the hotel for 6 days and we didn't even have time to try everything. Best of all is the cooling pool in the sauna and the cave relaxation room with water beds. Of course, there was an indoor and outdoor pool. During the week-long stay, various accompanying programs took place. Total satisfaction, we immediately booked a stay to celebrate the new year.

This hotel is everything we could have wanted. We came for seven nights to ski and relax, this hotel is perfect for both.
A ski lift situated right outside gives access to the mountain as soon as it opens, also a short walk to a very gentle slope that is perfect for beginners. All hotel guests are allocated to a locked room with separate lockers to keep your ski equipment in.
The hotel is spotless and the staff can not do enough to help. All the staff were very helpful and really went out of their way for us to feel welcome. The food was amazing, a big range of choices and once again the staff were able to offer alternatives if requested.
The spa offers lots of different treatments, most at very reasonable prices. The pool area is once again very clean with a few lovely spots to relax after a day of skiing. My only problem with this area was often children were left unattended and this led to the space not being the most relaxing...or quiet place to be.
The views from the room and restaurant are simply beautiful.
Overall the hotel is an amazing experience but I cannot stress enough that the staff really do make your stay here feel special.
We will be back to explore this lovely part of the world in the summer!!

My first time at Bad Moos, I had great expectations from this hotel which were confirmed by the hospitality, the nice and large room, the services offered to the guests, the friendliness and availability of the entire hotel staff, the superb breakfast and dinner buffet, the very good cleaning of the room.
I also really appreciated how they recommended guests to strictly follow the Covid-19 safety rules, I felt totally safe at any time.
On the other hand, the price is commensured to all of this. The only complaint is for the area of the external swimming pool, which is not large enough to accomodate many guests when the hotel and its dependances are full.
The location in front of the Croda Rossa (Rotwand) allows starting trekking (or skiing in winter) outside the door, this is something I really appreciated.
For sure it was an amazing holiday, to be repeated hopefully next winter without Covid-19 emergency.

We arrived late after a delayed flight to discover extremely loud music playing in the reception area. This made check in very stressful as we could hardly hear what the staff were saying. Eventually our luggage was loaded up ready for transport to our rooms. The reception staff asked if we wanted to have our meal first so we agreed as it was after 10pm. However the dining room staff said that we were too early as they'd been told 10:30pm. This made us feel most unwelcome after a 12 hour day of travel. It was only a cold platter so we couldn't understand the problem.

We had rooms in the smaller building which is quite some distance from the main hotel but accessed via a long corridor. It was, however, handy for the spa area. One of our rooms had a balcony and the other was beside the lift but we didn't feel that it was too noisy.

The food was all excellent and we were all very impressed with the choice at breakfast and buffets in the evening. Our waiter Marco was delightful, always smiling.

We tried lots of different options in the spa including various aufguss in the saunas and the Tibetan bells (most relaxing). The outdoor pool was very inviting with the jacuzzi area at one side and amazing views of the mountains.

On two occasions we borrowed snowshoes and were very pleased with them. We also hired skis from the company in the basement and were very pleased with the quality and value for money. The hotel could not be better placed for the ski lift.

All in all, an excellent visit. The week went by too quickly and we'd love to return.

Excellent recommendation by our local travel agent Global Travel in West Kirby and the brochures and website did not disappoint.
Hotel is a beautifully designed timber/ pine structure and very welcoming staff who are multi lingual, note that people often defer to German or Italian and most places names are in both.
Room on 3rd floor overlooking the afjoing slopes and spa area below was very quiet despite the hotel being full.
Hotel have a programme of events printed on reception contrary to a previous comment which are all worth participating in especially Charly's Laryx Sauna!
Lots to do from just local hikes up to various " hutte" just ask reception, cross country / nordic skiing tracks adjacent but beware you need to be sure how to stop as it's not like skiing and you will need to pay 15 euro to use the paths as well as ski hire from Papin Sports which is situated under the hotel.
Superb skiing and also tours from hotel, the skidoo and tobogganing to the Tres Cimes with Charly and Florence is excellent and great fun.
Treatments especially sports massage with Sarah are worth trying especially after long day out on slopes.
Food is excellent and varied each night, you will be allocated a table for the week and you will pre order your dinner so that the waiters are able to run their excellent service, Claudia deserves a mention, and especially Andrea who served us all week.
Try to speak a little Italian even through using Google Translate to show willing and have some fun too.
A great holiday, wish we had stayed foe longer than a week and we will be back for sure.

The hotel is beautiful overall, room and all the public areas are spotless, Spa and pool are outstanding, and food choices are great. our only disappointment was at the dining room. At check in we were asked to go immediately to give our choices for dinner to the women in charge and to choose our table. She directed us to a back room where we were to choose our table for our entire stay, when we tried to ask for a different table she was very short and did not even try to understand our preference, this was an unpleasant welcome. we were excited about having a nice table with a view as our previous stay at Bad Moos, so on top of the unpleasant response it was a big disappointment. the fallowing days we were let (after asking) a table at the main dining room for breakfast only, the staff did its best to make us feel welcome (especially Ingrid who went out of her way to bring us the best coffee and translated everything to English). However we still felt the unwillingness of the lady in-charge ... its a shame since every thing else was so wonderful. . One more thing is the lack of information at check in and front desk, for-instance they did not know about Yoga classes in the morning at the Gym, we found out only after asking again at the Spa desk, a throw written memo of all activities would be helpful, only some were listed.

The hotel is located in a spectacular and popular place for hiking, skiing or going up to the mountain by gondola. We were there in mid June but it is not noisy even though it is in the main road. There are lots of beautiful places in an hour's drive.

The staff are very friendly and efficient. Food is absolutely wonderful, we were there for 7 nights and every meals are varied and abundant. Sometimes they have a theme to make dinner more interesting such as there is live music. Fruits are very fresh and tasty.

The heated outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are facing a beautiful big mountain. There are enough seats for everyone.

All in all, we enjoyed it very much. It is like paradise to us. Didn't want to leave!

Wonderful hotel right on the slope with luxury services - the highlight is the spa with an indoor/outdoor pool and several saunas animated by the one and only charlie and his fantastic program of singing and dancing while sweating! The hotel sits on the site of the famous thermal springs of Moso known since the 1700s Their sulfur water is known for its healing qualities. Most guests are on full or half board - food is high quality with plenty of choices

It was the second time we were at this cosy hotel and hope to come again. My boys liked very much skiing and we, girls, enjoyed great SPA complex. Meal is very tasty (be careful to get some new kilos)). But the distinctive and very precious thing is very personal attitude to all guests. We felt like a part of family. So, I wish this hotel every success.
