From the incredibly warm getting from Astrid to the hug goodbye, the Laurin Hotel takes service to a level rarely reached in any industry. The hotel spa with 5 different saunas, a wonderful pool and relaxation room is the best I have ever seen in a hotel, and its complimentary. The room are all new and the bed is very comfortable for a good nights sleep. In 20 years of traveling, this hotel is one of the best I have ever experienced. Top job by Astrid and Gregor!

Hotel's Favorite
The hotel has an amazing and stylish design with a welcoming and charming atmosphere. Located just couple of steps away from the ski elevators. The breakfast is plentiful and you can choose from a wide variety of dishes. The SPA has various saunas and steam chambers and a swimming pool and a jakuzzi. The dinner was phenomenal! You can choose from different types of dishes ( 3 types / category : starter and main course ) and they have home made desserts daily. Also the biliard table can make you relaxed! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who would love to spend an amazing week in this ski paradise!

Small & charming - it absolutely is. My husband and I enjoyed a 4 day stay here in June. We had a corner room with balcony catching the afternoon/evening sun. It was very spacious with a good sized shower / bathroom. Spotlessly clean, with daily maid service to refresh the room. Astrid and Gregor - owners and hosts - are wonderful. Warm, welcoming and full of useful information. They were so helpful when our phone charger didn't work, without making us feel as though we were making an issue. The waiting staff (lovely lady) are equally fantastic. Breakfasts are to die for - the spread ranges from cold meats, cheese, prawns to freshly baked rolls, cakes, pastries, with delicious jam or honeycomb and a choice of four butters. I was in heaven with yoghurt, fresh fruit and nuts. In the afternoon, look out for the generous offering of tiramasu, speck, etc in the dining room. Lastly, if your thing is saunas and swimming, the pool is great and the sauna complex unbelievable. We took refuge there after a soaking in the mountains. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay.

We have been lucky enough to spend 3 nights at Hotel Laurin. Not only is it 'small and charming' it's gorgeous with exceptional service, great food and immaculate rooms / facilities. Run by a husband and wife team (along with their son), this family has left no stone unturned to ensure guest comfort I have stayed in many hotels all around the world and can confidently state that Hotel Laurin is exceptional. This is a hotel deserving of your custom. Book in, you won;'t regret it. And as if that weren't enough, the setting is fabulous. Highly recommended 6/5 stars.

We stayed in this hotel in March 2019 and it is, without doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It's a family-run hotel in which every guests matters, and in which every guest is treated with warmth, care and attention. The welcome upon arrival was friendly and genuine; our room was comfortable and stylish and had great views of the slopes; and the food was simply out of this world. I'm a vegetarian and sometimes it can be a little tricky to find tasty vegetarian food in ski resorts - but not here. Every evening, we were treated to a sumptuous salad buffet, a delicious starter and main course and an incredible selection of desserts that was to die for. Oh, and I nearly missed out the superb cheese selection, that had an amazing selection of local cheeses to enjoy - from mild to wonderfully strong. Breakfast was equally as good as dinner - with a wide choice of both hot and cold options to get us going each day. Laurin is superbly equipped - there's a wonderful swimming pool and spa that looks on to the gardens; there's a lovely bar area; a children's play room; a secure-access ski room and even a pool table, should you have any energy left at the end of the day. The location is perfect - just 2 minutes walk from the nearest lifts and access to the Sellaronda (in both directions). The hotel is absolutely spotless - everything is clean and sparkling. The swimming pool and spa are kept immaculately clean. The bar area is shiny and equally spotless. The entrance way is swept several times a day and just feels so "Ah, we're home" when you get back at the end of the day. It's tick, tick, tick in terms of getting everything absolutely right - even for the most discerning of travellers. For me, however, it was the attention to detail that really stood out. Little things, such as the hosts remembering our names, the lovely furnishings in the room, smiles and friendliness from all the staff and the lovely pots of jam were we lucky to receive on our departure. Finally a big shout to the staff - all of whom were friendly, professional and welcoming. There was not a single person who didn't smile and go our of their way to make this a holiday to remember. You were all great and we're so thankful to those we saw - and didn't see - for everything you did for us. We will most definitely be staying here again next year!
