By turning the corner of the building, you are at the seaside. The flat is on the 2nd floor and there's a little lift. The city centre (where there are cinemas and restaurants and where feasts and cultural events take place) is 15-20 minutes on foot. The bright rooms, welcoming quiet, and the kindness of the people who will receive you, are a guarantee of a plesant stay.

Starting off this review with the fact and my friend and I who were going to stay here were running late. SUPER late. Traffic in Italy was something we didn't budget an extra four hours for. We called the owner Alba to let her know and her son graciously stayed to check us in. The room was clean very cute, and most importantly had basically sound-proof balcony doors since music went well into night (morning?). The B&B was very well kept and our hosts were friendly and understanding. It was also in a great location. Not even a block from the beach and a couple blocks away from The Priamar Fortress which is open late. Breakfast was a quiet and calming affair as the table was full of goodies! A great stay for beach lovers and would recommend it for anyone passing through!

You'll be very happy you choose this place. It's an easy 10-15 min walk from the train station. Alba, the owner is gorgeous. Her English is a little limited but she more than makes up for that with her shining personality and she whips out the dictionary when necessary. The place itself is beautiful - clean, comfortable and characterful. The breakfast is heaven - homemade cakes etc. It is a short walk from the sea (you can see it from the balcony from your room) and Alba recommended a good restaurant called 'Greens' just a short walk away that does huge pizzas for 8 euros and lots of other stuff (actually I think I should have ordered the local focaccia giant 'sandwiches' seeing what the locals were eating there). There are only two rooms. I don't know if there is normally a difference in price between them. We booked in advanced (no deposit) and paid 60 euros as quoted on departure. The first room we were given was nice and spacious but not ensuite (though it had a big private bathroom close by) but the main problem was - it was facing a busy road and you could clearly hear the traffic even with the windows closed. The free ear plugs on the dressing table were a bit of a giveaway! I asked Alba if the other room was occupied yet and she swapped us and gave out room to an elderly couple you arrived later (and reported to us in the morning that had slept very well thankfully for my conscience). Our room at the back had it all - ensuite, balcony, seaviews, absolutely quiet and serene... there's no two ways about it - you need to request this room and this room only! Leave the other one for the people who don't use Tripadvisor! I wish I had some photos of this fantastic place but after 4 days in Tuscany and Cinque Terre my camera's memory was full! But you won't be disappointed - it's fab.
