THE CHARM OF AN ANCIENT HOUSE Unconventional Sorrento Coast was born from the renovation of a convent in 1844. Our property offers a unique experience to dwell and immerse yourself in an atmosphere that cannot be found elsewhere, inspired by the authentic dimension of relax. Its privileged position, in the heart of the Sorrento Coast, makes it pleasantly easy to reach the pearls of our region such as Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, the Amalfi coast and the islands of Capri and Ischia. Unconventional Sorrento Coast is in Sant’Agnello, an enchanting small town just 2 Km far from Sorrento. Around Unconventional Sorrento Coast there are many shops, restaurants and bars. Just 1 Km far from here you will find “La Marinella“ beach and its wonderful terrace overlooking the entire Sorrento Coast. One minute far from here there is the Circumvesuviana train station, in order to reach Sorrento, Pompeii ruins, Herculaneum ruins and Naples. From Sorrento harbor, which is 3 km far from Unconventional Sorrento Coast, you can easily reach Capri and Ischia, and the Amalfi Coast by boat.

I won’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. Brilliant stay. Staff are so friendly and really make this hotel. The mattress was very comfortable. We stayed during Covid—19 and felt extremely safe with temperature checks. Breakfast was brilliant and you pre ordered the night before. Very organised. From Naples Airport get the airport bus and ask to be dropped at Sant Angelo. From the stop it’s 5 minute walk. Located near the station so easy to visit Pompeii. 20/25minute walk to Sorrento centre along 1 road.

I spent 7 wonderful nights at this hotel with my family. From the moment I met the manager it was the best customer sevice I have seen. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and professional. All the staff are lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. This hotel was a former convent that has been tastefully decorated, whilst still keeping the original features. We had a very relaxed and peaceful stay.It is close to the train station so have easy access to sorrento and restaurants. We had lovely seaview rooms. What a lively view to wake up to!The beds are huge and very comfortable. My daughters loved their bunk bed room.Unlimited breakfast that is served to you due to covid. We want to say a huge thank you to Carmine, Trisha, Madeline,Raphaello and Claudio for looking after us so well.

The hotel building is hidden in a quiet residential area, not far away from the local train station and a supermarket, where you can get almost everything from there. The night is quiet, with nice views of the mountain and the sea (not that much, but it's enough). Sitting there, with trees and other buildings around, it feels like being in one of the local families, not a just passing by traveller. So relaxing and cosy. The beds are comfortable, the best mattress for me during the whole trip. Staffs are really helpful and nice. It would be lovely if one could stay there for a while.

Me and my friend stayed for 10 days in this hotel. I loved absolutely everything, but most of all staff. Seriously, everyone was so nice! And especially two girls at administration, always super super nice, I really liked how friendly they were, always ready to help! Breakfast was great! Rooms were clean! Reception always worked! Location is definitely perfect! Moreover, on my last day I was leaving at 6 am in the morning and the girl packed me a breakfast box! I am sure I will come here again!

Dear "veronica_369", thank you so much to share with us your opinion about your recent stay at Unconventional Sorrento Coast: it's a pleasure for us to read a such beautiful review! Thank you so much from all the staff. We're so glad that you enjoyed your stay and in particular the work of the staff: we always try to feel the guests like at home in a place so far from their home and to give them all the suggestions in order to live the Peninsula like a local. Finally, we are happy that you liked the location: in fact our hotel was born from an old convent in the middle of the historical center of Sant'Angnello. Besides, our guests have the possibility to spend their stay far from the hustle and bustle of the main street, but very close to the main public transport and attractions like restaurantds, panoramic points and city center. We really hope to see you again in a next future. Best regards,

We're so glad to read that you enjoyed your stay and first of all some of our strengths like the location, the cleanliness, the work of all the staff and the breakfast. Moreover, our guests can have breakfast safely thanks to all the measures adopted for the Covid19. We wish to guest you again in a next future to repeat together your Unconventional stay.
