We spent a wonderful week of skiing here with our son. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the 4-course menu every evening was, in our opinion, on top level and the declared highlight of the day. From the boss to the cleaning staff, everyone is more than committed to the well-being of the guest. The quality known for South Tyrol was once again exceeded. Thank you for a great week,

Stopped here mid hike for lunch and the food and service was fantastic! Plently of spots outside to sit and inside, but during the summer sit outside to soak up the sun and enjoy the views of the mountains all around. Lots of trails too start around here, a must visit for mid morning snack or lunch.

This is my advice-as soon as you finish reading this review, book a room here. I promise you will thank me. A group of six of us, three couples, recently spent four nights here. Some rooms are better-try to get a room with a balcony if possible-but even the smallest room is fine. Gourmet, five course dinners every night, friendly and helpful staff, and breathtaking views will await you. In the summer the hiking opportunities from here are spectacular, and apparently the snow sports in the winter are just as good. The location is so convenient, just a few steps away from the gondola. And in the afternoon, after a day of hiking, a complementary spa awaits you. Caution-the steam & sauna can be clothing optional, so be prepared to join the Europeans who enter sans clothing. I finally did. It was fun. One piece of advice-the daily menu (you make your dinner dining choices at breakfast) was written in German. Although English is spoken, it was the third language after German & Italian. So download a translation app to help you understand your menu choices. My two biggest regrets? (1) I was unable to take a couple of pieces of freshly baked apple strudel when we had to leave, and (2) Trip Advisor will not allow me to give them six stars. I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful the views are here, or how much you will enjoy this gem in the mountains. Now go and book your room!

Located at the top of the col raiser lift, this lovely hotel provides a nice place to stay in the mountains if you want something better appointed than the rifugios. Staff were friendly, evening meal and breakfast both tasty with a decent choice. The view from the room and terrace was beautiful and from here you can walk up to the top seceda lift if you fancy a hike (along with lots of other routes). I didn't try the extra facilities such as hot tub but I did see a couple of cats...!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Excellent base for hiking the many trails in the area. Our suite was really impressive with views of the mountains from every room including our separate living area and 2 balconies. All of the staff were amazing & Rita is a master in the kitchen. We looked forward to our breakfasts and 5 course dinner every evening. If you are thinking of visiting the Dolomites I highly recommend Almhotel Col Raiser. It is a stay we will never forget.
