This delightful family run hotel is located in a very quiet part of San Vincenzo and about 300m from the beach where they have a private section with umbrellas and sun lounges. Lovely breakfast, very clean rooms and lovely swimming pool. Wifi available and it does work better on the balcony than in the room, but with warm weather this...

We are lucky as we live in Italy and San Vincenzo is only 2.5 hours from our house in Umbria. We first stayed in the summer of 2002 and we have been back many times. Not much has changed over the years with the exception of aircon which was added 5 years ago which is very nice to have during...

We just needed a room for the weekend and all was booked in San Vincenzo. Luckily someone cancelled here and we enjoyed a super clean, quiet, friendly atmosphere with also a great spot on the beach included in the price. Compliments to the owners running the hotel!

The hotel is ok. It is close to the beach (private beach for hotel residents), the rooms are clean and the breakfast is decent. BUT the staff/management is not friendly, helpful or tolerant. We stayed there for one night and we planned to spend 2 hours at the beach on the day we leave so we asked whether it is...

After visiting the cultural hub of Tuscany, my girlfriend and I decide to spend 5 days on the beach to recover before heading down South. As a lover of the Italian Tuscan coast and having been here numerous times before we found this little family run hotel. Clean, tidy and friendly are the best ways to describe La Coccinella (The...

Family run 3-star hotel, with private beach at a 4-minute walk, access and equipment included in the rate. Rate in mid July was 125 Eur per day for a double room. Only B&B service, you will find bars by the beach and a lot of restaurants in the village centre that you will reach with a 15-minute walk. In the...

After spending a hectic week sightseeing in the heart of Tuscany we were all 'cultured up' and needed to relax for a week. La Coccinella at San Vincenzo fitted the bill and more. A small hotel with great charm just a minute's walk to a beautiful sandy beach. There is a private area on the beach with parasols and sun...

Comfortable and pretty quiet hotel with friendly staff and it's own beach (need to walk short distance). Hotel is not on a beachfront and there is no view from the room. Hotel parking is not always available but there are some off street parking. The price was high but I guess it's normal for Italy in August

This is a small family run hotel in the fabulous little resort of San Vincenzo. A two minute schlep from the beach, it's situated on a quite one way street (but those with young children be warned - there is parking on both sides of the road and no pavement). Two sun loungers and a beach umbrella are included in...
