We stayed in this residence 1 week in a three-room apartment with two bathrooms. Located between San Benedetto del Tronto and Porto d'Ascoli. Already upon arrival at the hotel we could see the cleanliness, attention to detail, the kindness of Barbara, Alex and all the collaborators who are always present at the reception alternating (it looks like a hotel). Very nice apartment delivered spotlessly clean complete with dishwasher, attention to many small details. WiFi, swimming pool with hydromassage area, guaranteed parking (or covered under the structure or outside at the back adjacent to the pool), elevators, gym, laundry room, possibility to rent bikes to reach the center of San Benedetto del Tronto (alternatively right in front there is the bus stop), We had a great time. If we really want to find the hair in the egg..... a microwave is missing since there is no oven. Conventioned beach even if clean not up to the residence. Recently built residence located in front of the sea. We stayed in three rooms with two bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the sea. The apartment was delivered clean and complete with the expected amenities (just missing a microwave, otherwise it is very complete). Friendly staff and always available 24 hours a day. The residence has a beautiful swimming pool, a small gym and laundry area as well as convenient reception and common area. Covered and / or uncovered parking is available but always inside the structure. The affiliated beach is located opposite the, structure by the . Across the street. For our family one, very positive experience.

Very clean residence, brand new furnishings and structure, very friendly, sociable and helpful owners. Swimming pool, garage, lift, reception always open... all the comforts available. Excellent location to reach the sea, you just need to cross the road. Very clean partner establishment with an excellent bar/restaurant. For services, such as ATMs or supermarkets, it is necessary to travel by car. The center of San Benedetto can be reached with a nice walk or by bicycle.

We stayed here with my wife and 1 year old son for 2 weeks.. I would like to thank to Barbara, Alex and their colleagues. They prepared nice holiday for us. All requests were solved promptly and with maximum care. Residence is in a good condition and well equipped. You can order tasty croissants for a breakfast and cappuccino. We appreaciated underground parking during our stay (hot sun or rainy days) too. Thank you for everything. Zabransky's family.
