We got a one night stay at this "four" star hotel, and it is everything but not four star hotel. Actually the staff didn't speak any English and we some how understand each other in Italiano-English language. The rooms were very small not very clean, with no enough toilet paper, soaps and other accessories. We were traveled with friends and...

We received a very warm welcome and had a very enjoyable stay. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean with good views of the surrounding hills. Breakfast was a good continental with croissant rolls ham cheese jam yogurt cereal and tea and coffee. Dinner was excellent 4 courses which starts st 07:30 pm. Wine is reasonably priced and cost...

While checking into this hotel, I was met with complete indifference at the front desk. There was barely a "hello" nor a smile. I was merely given a room key and a finger pointing to the elevator. Nothing more. I did not receive any information about the hotel itself, like the check-out time, the breakfast policy (I found out later...

We stayed here for 5 nights as part of a coach tour of Northern Italy. While I do fully understand the mixed comments from other reviewers, I rather liked it. The rooms are a reasonable size and, at the front of the hotel anyway, have a balcony although the view is nothing to write home about. We did have a...

We arrived at this hotel as part of a tour group. Other couples were provided with a room that had a balcony and they were light and airy; our room was at the end of a corridor with one small window overlooking the fire escape - it was dark and airless. To make matters worse the shutter was broken and...

Our stay lasted for five nights, and altogether it wasn't unpleasant, although some tolerance was required. For example, although it boasted a swimming pool, they neglected to mention that there would be no water in the pool. Our bathroom had a wash hand basin (as one would expect), but even with the tap turned on full, only a tiny trickle...

Rooms on one side of the hotel have a balcony with a good view of the mountains. Rooms on the other side, our room, had no balcony and overlooked a courtyard and the buildings opposite. It was not an unpleasant view though, and it was nice and quiet. Ours was a very spacious room, with a small fridge. (can't remember...

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. Despite its rating it is not a 4 star, by a long chalk. We were given to understand that it got its classification because it has a pool. The best bit was the air conditioning, which some of the other hotels in the town were lacking.(A definite plus) It tends to cater...
