We booked accomodation for a large group (65 persons) since September. We have also spoken on the phone and we asked for more rooms and they said that they already booked more rooms for us. Just a week before our arrival they announced us that they made an overbooking and they could not offer us the accomodation that we requested...

This is a friendly comfortable hotel that is also reasonably priced. The staff are wonderful. Although some 15 minutes out of the town the hotel has it's own personal taxi driver to take people back and forth. His name is Gi Gi and deserves his own personal 5 stars.

Visited in January for skiing. Lovely Italian hotel, very helpful and polite staff (most speak a high level of English too). Great rooms, great food (a lot of it, but really good!), beautiful views of the mountains from some of the bedrooms and the breakfast/dinning room. Close to town, but not in it, it's walkable. There is also a free...

Stayed here in February 2016. Delightful staff most of whom speak good English. A wide choice of food available for breakfast and dinner. 5 course evening meals for 7 nights and the house wine is reasonably priced. Rooms are comfortable and clean, a little chilly for me as is the dining room and bar area - but I am a...

I was greeted by Erica who was the owner and immediately taken to my room which was just right for me to sleep shower and relax. It had a TV...
