Absolutely loved our stay in Riva.. The hotel has a door straight onto the narrow streets of the old town. The hotel has a great pool which we used every day. For the price and location this hotel is a great place to stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly and made us feel most welcome after our long...

Excellent location. Reasonable room with typical breakfast. Pool looked clear but was cold. Hot tub looked cloudy and was not willing to chance a foliulitis (pore) infection. Had that, not doing it again!

Very good location near city center and "secret" door opens directly to the old town. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff even if not everyone spoke good English. Really nice pool area and pool bar. In our room we didn't have air conditioning. Good parking area behind gate. Good value for money!

When booking a hotel I take the following as priorities:- Location, value, wifi, Air conditioning and helpful staff: This hotel ticked nearly all the boxes, except it doesn't have air con which was big negative as we stayed there in a heat wave. The location was excellent as it had a back entrance into the old town and a minute...

Found this by chance and didn't realise how central it was as it has a private access into the old town which comes out at the restaurants. We stopped on spec to check availability and were lucky enough to get the suite with a four poster bed; Jacuzzi bath and very good shower at a very reasonable price. The breakfast...

This hotel is in the best position for the old town. The steps down from the hotel and through a passage and a locked door (for which you are given a card key) takes you straight into the old town. This has loads of restaurants and the ferry for the lake is only 5 minutes walk away. This is a...

I stayed in Casa Canarino in July and was very impressed with their brilliant customer service. They met all of our needs. They dealt with any requests we had quickly and efficiently, we never had to want for anything! Michele and the staff who worked with him were all so genuine and friendly! Would definitely visit again
