Very pleased with the comfort and the beautiful surroundings. The staff are very helpful and offers a great service. The park and swimmingpool area is very well kept and it is a pleasure with an early morning swim before breakfast
Du Lac et Du Parc Grand Resort is one of the most luxurious and elegant resort in Riva. Any possible comfort you can think of, can easily be found here. The staff was unremarkably helpful and accommodating. The common spaces are maintained at their best 24/7. A convenient car space is available, outdoor and indoor. The impressive part is certainly the park/garden, a magic green area where you can find 2 outdoor swimming pool, as well as a tennis court. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the room service equally good. A generous breakfast buffet is served every day, with a lovely outdoor area where you can enjoy the sun and the green of the park. A good size SPA with an indoor pool next to it complete the resort.
Very nice location, restaurant staff always polite and supporting every wish. Cleaning lady as well and I highly recommend this for family couple and pets. Only one wish to clean more often the Campania pool :-)
Don’t spoil your experience of lake Garda with this hotel . Lack of customer service in the reception , and spa . Management , kindly whatch your staff behavior which is unacceptable and making a bad image for a whole hotel . Lady in the spa Elisa its a total unprofessional mess- the whay she reacted and opened the door showing signs to leave pointing with fingers at us to leave with the opened door- intimidating my family when saw our infant inside it’s UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!There is different polite and professional ways to ask the hotel guests who are making your business and paying your salaries ! to leave an area accesed by mistake with a child of 1 year old - who is also a GUEST not stranger to be treated this way !!!And if you guys have some AREAS NOT DESIGNED FOR KIDS this should be written in BOLD and BIG LETTERS ,or have security guard supervising- to avoid the misunderstandings for families exploring all the areas and not bothering themselves to read a long italian text where somewhere in the middle its mentioned not kids allowed in jacuzzi area. Attaching the picture of the text below. Also some pictures of that famous jacuzzi area which looks like an abandoned fountain in a ghost city. Also reception areas - some ladies feel the freedom to rise their voices if something goes wrong Elisa , Monica these ladies have no ability to solve a case in a nice polite way leaving a good impression even something goes not as the system. We got moved two times and changed our bungalow and was rushed to check out before 11:00 even though asking for a late one as our baby was napping that time. When we passed by after few hours our bungalow 18 was still opened and not cleaned which meant we were rushed by them for no reason just because they wanted so. I can’t of course mention amazing people we’ve meet there who helped us and treated us as very welcomed guest in the resort : Andrea -concierge trully recommend to adress to him for all your inquiries, Stefano from the main bar, Angelo in the reception our sweet housekeepers for bungalow 18&33 and also the manager from Capanina and Ayman from the breakfast buffet and Luca a sweet gentleman who remebered each morning our precious orders . Thank you guys for leaving us at least some good memories from Garda. Not recommending at all this place for people who love 4-5 star service which the hotel doesn’t provide at all and doesn’t look like one.…
A wonderful place to stay, especially for families. it was so relaxing and peaceful while still being conveniently located within 15 minutes of downtown Riva. the food is delicious and the pool areas were lovely. cannot wait to return!
