Pros:
- Great location, central to Rome. Getting around to the attractions in Rome made it easy.

Cons:
- Poor customer service, wasn't received very well and staff didn't seem very interested in trying to help.
- Average facilities, bathroom was tiny and didn't feel very clean
- Our accommodation was located separate to the main building with no free internet, had to sit in the reception area every time we needed internet access
- Food quality average, we ended up enjoying the local cafes for breakfast
- Poor value for money, do your research and try B&B

We were attending a festival that just happened to be in the Rimini region, so we chose Riccione as a base. The Trevi Hotel was just one among zillions of hotels in this area. I do not see the attraction of coming here when Italy has so much more to offer in other regions. But we had to stay a night here nonetheless.

We chose the Trevi Hotel because its website stated the rooms were soundproof. Previous experience in Italy with paperthin walls has proven the need for soundproof rooms when available. Our room was not the least bit soundproof. The hotel is right on a main thoroughfare so we heard the constant roar of traffic and trucks. That evening we were kept up all night by the room next door as they listened to the television.

We ended up cutting our stay short and left after one night and drove on to Tuscany. If you aren't bothered by noise, then I suppose the Trevi Hotel will suffice. The rooms are typical Italian small, but there is plenty of...
