We chose this hotel for our one-nights stay in Riccione - I'm very glad that we did! Friendly staff, like hotel management, reception and room service. The hotel is a two minute walk from lots of shops and restaurants on Viale Dante... great location!!
great staff, reception, cozy rooms, great panorama. The hotel is comfortable and bright. At the reception, the hotel staff work in several different languages: Italian, English, Ukrainian, Russian, and others, which is pleasantly surprising.
The hotel is right on the money, clean room with A/C bit on the small side for a family of three but for one night not a problem. Beach, shopping, restaurants all close by - no more than 10 min walking. Breakfast was terrific, great selection on different foods. Staff is friendly and will try to help you on any question. The part we didn't enjoy in Italy - no matter were you go the public beach access is limited and you probably will need to pay if you are looking for some convenience.
First time ever at the hotel. The staff was always very helpful and the room was very nice and very clean. I only had the breakfast included, it was buffet style and there were plenty of choices of what to have. One thing that was extremely important for me was to have secure parking for my motorcycle; which they did. Would I go back; yes. And it’s possible that will happen in two years for WDW2020.
We chose this hotel for our one-nights stay in Riccione - I'm very glad that we did! From the moment we arrived they treated us like welcome guests. Two gentleman and one woman met us at reception, and they were so kind to our kids... really sweet to them & offered them cookies and juice (gratis!) and us caffè... couldn't ask for better customer service. Parking was easy... they have a large lot on the property (behind) that was mostly empty the Saturday we stayed. The hotel lobby is beautiful, mostly white in color, contemporary decorating style. Very nice bar next to reception (coffee, alcohol). There is a lower sundeck with a hot tub (we never visited it), and an upper terrace with a great view on the 5th floor. A very tiny elevator, but big enough for the 4 of us and our two big dogs (pets welcome). The rooms are simple... nothing fancy, but definitely sufficient, although the tv was super small. If you're like us and in town for the beach and sightseeing then it doesn't matter, I'm sure. The bathroom was very nice... seemed newly re-done and very clean. Air conditioning unit that was more than sufficient for the room size. We actually had a double, a single and bunk beds in our room. A mini fridge & two free bottles of water in the fridge. Breakfast was truly amazing... not a mere "continental" style like we expected... a wide variety of fruits, breads, cakes, eggs & bacon, juice, a coffee machine, a chocolate fountain & lots of seating. The hotel is a two minute walk from lots of shops and restaurants on Viale Dante... we were shocked by how much was going on there! Tons to see and do - great location!! We were absolutely thrilled with our experience at Hotel Edelweiss and would stay there again in a heartbeat!…
