Hotel very convenient for walking to local restaurants. Staff helpful and friendly, Breakfast had a very diverse offering of items, and all very good. No coffee maker in my room, but others on the tour did have a coffee maker. Free WiFi. Although the Best Western sign was displayed over the hotel entrance and on the side of the building,... More

Old property that needs some updating, restaurant staff do a great job. Rooms very small and poor lighting .Large groups were staying and front desk staff coped well. Location allows access to old city. Hotel in main shopping area with good access to restaurants.

We stayed here as part of a group tour. It is at the edge of the downtown in the new city, so very convenient for restaurants and other services. The hotel still sports the Best Western logo, but reception said it had not been a member for three years. The rooms were standard sized but somewhat worn. The bath had... More

We stayed here for only 1 night while we walked around and viewed to sights of the historic parts of Ragusa. The hotel is a real surprise - it is modern, bright, with well appointed rooms and facilities, excellent breakfast and staff service and hospitality. Good location for walking around and touring the sights of this town.

Luckily for us we only stayed one night in this hotel. They appear to have a skeleton staff, who do not care about their guests. The air-conditioning had been switched off by the reception in one of our rooms. We really had to insist to change the room, which did have the air-con on. We were very pleased to leave... More

Stayed here with Jules Verne for 2 nights as part of our tour. Ragusa is a beautiful place and this hotel is ideal for walking round it located in the central pedestrian area. The hotel is a modern and comfortable place with twin beds and good bathrooms. The breakfast has plenty of choices of food. My only criticism was the... More

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel when visiting Ragusa in July 2016 and we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is located in the center of Ragusa and it's within a walking distance from the historic center. It should be noted that the way includes quite many stairs (around 290 steps), but it's not as bad as... More

My room was of a good size, it was clean with good air conditioning, fridge etc and the bathroom was very spacious with a bath. Whilst hardly a highlight of our visit to Ragusa this hotel did everything it said on the tin. Clean and efficient with a very extensive breakfast choice and a particularly helpful Reception team. We would certainly book again without hesitation.
