Beautiful place to stay in charming Prato. We were a few couples attending a conference at Monash. Each couple had a room with a private bathroom. Kitchen, living room, and patio are shared. The place is clean and spacious and the patio is fantastic. Alessandro is the owner and was very friendly and helpful. He recommended good restaurants in Prato and Florence. His wife owns a cafe in town where they make the best biscotti you'll ever have. There were complimentary biscotti and pastries, and a nice little espresso machine in the kitchen. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Prato!

Very lovely, recently refurbished town house, with spacious room. Alessandro our host was attentive and delighted to help in any way. This is room only facility but there is a well equipped kitchen and the central location offers a good range of bars and restaurants. The piazza can be 'lively' at night, but this adds to the charm.

It was absolutely perfect! Could not have been better- location, cleanliness, facilities, design, atmosphere, owners! We had the whole house booked to ourselves so that may have made a difference but it really felt like a home not just another holiday accomodation.

This a wonderful small hotel in the medieval centre of Prato. It had only just opened when I stayed there - fantastic rooms, wonderful common areas and courtyard for guests to enjoy. Our host, Alessandro, couldn't have been more helpful. Prato is a really interesting and beautiful small city away from the main tourist towns of Tuscany. It's walking distance to the Monash Centre and to the train station for days trips to Firenze or Lucca. I would definitely recommend staying there - I am planning to stay there again for the same conference next time!

The accommodation is newly built and is very attractively furnished. We had a bedroom (spacious), a bathroom (with its own shower) and a smaller bedroom leading to walk in wardrobe/dressing room) on the first floor. It is very close to the Monash Centre and to shops and whatever one needs. The accommodation has a large kitchen (for anyone who wants to cook) and a larger dining and sitting room area and a lovely internal garden courtyard. It is the best accommodation I have found in Prato and all the people living around it were very friendly to us.
