I had just come to this hotel for the first time. I had a long day before and was so tried. When I got here we had to park our car and then walk around the garden area to get to the reception. When I got to the reception there was only on person who was running the whole hotel. He walked us up to our room and was very kind. I got in to my room( apartment ) and the bottom level was fully air conditioned but as I walked upstairs the air was not working. I called the guy and he came up and told me the air conditioner was broken. As he was checking the air conditioner I smelt a really bad smell from outside. After a long wait I got moved to a different room which had great air conditioner but the walls had had holes and scratches. I am so disappointed because the ratings were good and it is in a great area. I hope the hotel can fix these problems for future guests and hire more staff so not only one person is helping so many people. Also the breakfast was not very good and did not have many options. ( I felt so bad for the worker because he had to deal with these problems and more).

Only stayed one night - the room was large and included a kitchenette. Okay views from the room. Overall it was just too shabby - and not in a quaint historic way - more of a “we don’t really care too much about making it lovely.” However the young lady on reception was very welcoming. The breakfast was simply awful. Soggy pastries and some of the worst coffee I’ve had in Italy. I think that it is a real shame this was not better. The building looks lovely and it is well situated. I think the owners need to get out and see what modern hotel rooms and breakfast should be like.

We stayed here for a long weekend as a convenient place to visit the Campi Flegrei archeological sites. We had fantastic service from all the staff. We were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette and living space (meaning that all important cup of tea for a Brit was easy). The two local rail stations are within easy walking distance as are some great restaurants. Inevitably there is a slope down to the sea but anyone of average fitness will find it a breeze. We decided against hiring a car and found local transport (bus and train ) was fine providing one was adaptable. The extraordinary Flavian Amphitheatre is a short walk away and is unmissable,.

Nice Hotel, the 2 rooms I had were big. 2 Rooms, after my second night of telling the staff it was too hot in my room, not until after my 2nd night when my door lock broke that the investigated the heat issue in my room. They had me move rooms. The first room had paint chips all around the door, beside the couch it looked like some had sprayed coke on the wall and it was never cleaned

Nice location very close to the center, many restaurants and bars and the see front (15 min walking ). Villa has a closed parking and a very convenient access. I've got a "premium room" with see view and a large living and the main bedroom on the 1st floor. the place has good meeting facilities, offers a basic breakfast, but i can't tell anything about the restaurant as it was closed for renovation, I guess. Few things could be better :) like the main switch for the lights is located somewhere else (next to the staircase for the 1st floor) and not by the main door where everyone would expect, or the lack of a coat hanger in the entrance hallway. but these are minor points :) Also, worth noting the reception closing time is 23:00! The main door will close and you need to ring the doorbell if you want to enter the hotel. The hotel is clean and the service is very friendly. Defensively recommended!
