Cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was at this property. From the view to room to staff to food…everything you would want in relaxing time at Amalfi Coast (Positano). You do have to pay for it so if you are looking for budget, you better off staying at Naples and make the day trip. But if you are looking for the best deal…this property is it. Only negative was the steps so if you and steps (the entire Positano is practically accessed by steps and lots of steps) don’t get alone, again, find another town to stay. Thanks to everyone at the property that made our stay memorable and an incredible experience.
We came here as part of our honeymoon. We stayed in the most gorgeous king room with the best view in the hotel in my opinion. First - I want to say the staff at Villa Magia go above and beyond for you. Before we even arrived they are imessaging you to ensure you have the smoothest arrival. Throughout your stay they are so kind and helpful. We had a beautiful breakfast delivered to our room every day at the time we decided. It was so delicious! There was Netflix in the room which really helped as since we busted positano in November it was completely rained out for an entire day. Cold and rainy was the perfect room service Netflix day with the sea in our view from the bed! Marilu directed us in the path of so many restaurants when we did venture out several times. The amenities were great and the room was super spacious. I wouldn’t say the room was modern or outfitted luxuriously, but it is 100% worth the stay and felt authentic. The lobby was so eclectic. You also can’t beat the view. I would recommend Villa Magia and I will definitely want to stay there again. The service, the view, and the overall experience was wonderful! One thing - you will definitely want to come back to positano and this region of Italy, but if you are the type that will only come once in a lifetime, come in the Summer! Although it wasn’t overly cold, most of everything was closed (restaurants, shops, ferries, boats, etc). It was actually nice having the streets to ourselves but I think this really is a summer town! Don’t miss out on that. Regardless if you come in summer, fall or winter - Villa magia will treat you so wonderfully! So that is a given.…
We spent 5 nights at Villa Magia for my wife’s 50th and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The service is second to none. They give you an iPhone so they are a text message away to whatever you need - from room service, drinks by the pool or transportation back to the hotel. The restaurant, Luna, is a hidden gem. Location and accommodations are awesome. It is a cross between a B&B and a hotel. Everything was perfect.
My husband and I enjoyed every moment at this villa! I did a lot of research before booking and so glad I came across this gem. Months before even arriving, they helped me with so many things and were also quick to respond to my emails. We stayed in two different rooms and both were fabulous. The views amazing. The food was also Soo delicious. I highly recommended trying dinner there as well as the breakfast. Can’t beat the amazing views of the city and the sea. All so beautiful. The staff was very kind and super accommodating. I can’t wait to go back! If you have time, I definitely recommend booking a yacht through them to tour the coast- it was well worth it. Vincenzo, our captain was awesome! What an amazing place to stay!
We had dinner here while on our honeymoon in positano and it was one of the best meals of our trip! The views are amazing, the food is delicious and the staff is incredible. Everything is as fresh as possible and we couldn’t recommend the restaurant more!
