Casa Cuccaro was an ancient agricultural building set in one of the most dramatic sites of all Positano, the tiny village of Nocelle. From here you can vertically dominate Positano and its entire coast with endless emotions. Peppe and his family welcome you with a genuine and authentic hospitality. Simple and tastefully decorated. Rooms are furnished with simplicity and good taste and they are very comfortable. All have a private terrace with chairs and table overlooking the sea, for one's own privacy. Thanks to its position Casa Cuccaro is sun-kissed for most of the day during the summer and benefits warm rays during the wintertime.

Even before arriving, the hosts make sure to reach out to you to ensure that you make up your way to the B&B seamlessly, with an easy bus connection from Positano. Stepping into the village of Nocelle, the tranquility is so relaxing and peaceful. When arriving at the B&B, the hosts give a warm welcome, carrying the luggage to your room and explaining all that is to see and do in the surroundings. Rooms are cute, clean, but most of all the views of the Amalfi Coast are out of this world. Don't forget to open their specially branded Cuccaro house wine from the minibar in the room, the taste is top class! Would definitely come back here when visiting the region again.

The owners were nice, kind and always there to help you. The place had a fantastic panoramic view over the Amalfi cost. The breakfast was delicious and was served at the cutest little terrace with a fantastic view over Positano. The rooms were nice and clean with room service every day. We will definitely recommend the place to family and friends.

Case Cuccaro was the fullfill of a dream: Most beautiful place, most friendly host family, Peppe, Dina and Angela, - wonderful rooms and surroundings and the most spectacular view from the terrace! Very relaxed and familiar atmosphere in a total quiet place. Path of the Goods just outside the front door and relieving distance to the roaring tourist life in the streets of Positano. Three restaurants in Nocelle, a cafè and an Alimentari. You don’t need more. It’s not easy to reach Nocelle! Don’t bring a car, - hire a shuttlebus or taxi. The local bus is fine to get up and down from Positano to Nocelle, but not with your luggage. SITA bus to everywhere on the Amalfi coast from Positano. Use it or taxis- you can’t park a car anywhere.

We had the most beautiful stay at Casa Cuccaro. Our room was big, very clean and with a private balcony with the most amazing views over the sea. The hosts are super nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good and served in a very nice and sunny terrace. All of this for a very fair price. The location in general is great, quiet and charming, with nice restaurants around. It's a 5 star place, we recommend 100%!

Just amazing. Worth by far the tricky trip up to Nocello. Genuine and authentic with best hospitality, far away from hubbub itineraries. Homemade breakfast with tasty food, fruit and vegetables from the local orchard... and of course, breathtaking views from.

Wonderful landscape view thats for sure! The b&b casa cuccaro is good for people who likes to stay in a quite village, far from the crowd of positano , because its a small village anyhow its worth it to stay in this place, besides the view from your room, the host angela and her parents are nice people and i feel really welcome, we stayed for 3nights here and all good. But prepare yourself for thr stairs to reach the b&b if you bring alot of stuff or heavy luggage, maybe they rent a horse to bring the luggage up

Great stay. The host was extremely helpful, she made you feel at home, immediately. We got offered a coffee and a cold beverage at arrival. The view from the room was priceless. Beautiful location with hourly bus to Positano. Breakfast was great, didn’t lack anything. One of the best we had in italy.

I love the place, it’s a family owned B&B, I met the dad the mom and the daughter and they are all so nice and sweet people. They went out of their way to help me to find the parking, and so nice and friendly all the time. Breakfast has so much food from pastries to fruits, yoghurt, cold cuts and cheese and coffee and tea and juices, we were never able to finish all the breakfast they brought out. Everything was yummy and fantastic. The room is spacious with great shower and amazing balcony with view. The b&b is 30 mins from Positano by the hourly bus which is always on time. I had such a great time there the place is always spotless clean and the rooftop terrace with amazing view for breakfast!! Thank you for having us we have recommended your place to all our friends.

My wife and I came to Positano and chose to stay at Casa Cuccaro for part of our honeymoon. We were both blown away by the hospitality from Dina and Giuseppe and the stunning views offered from our balcony and the hotel rooftop. As a small B&B, Giuseppe takes care off all your needs throughout your stay. We were welcomed with a quick tour of the property along with wine and snacks on the rooftop to take in the view. Without question, Case Cuccaro has the BEST view in Nocelle, giving visitors a complete view of Positano all the way out to the island of Capri. Nearly every evening, my wife and I would sit on our balcony with a bottle of wine and watch the sun set over the town and harbor. Incredible experience just watching the yachts off the coast! Each morning, a beautiful breakfast spread is served by Dina & Giuseppe on the rooftop. Food is delicious, sourced directly from their garden or local bakeries/shops daily. Again, the view is to die for and will never get old. Dina & Giuseppe are passionate about their business and do everything they can to make your experience with them unforgettable. Do be aware that the B&B is located in Nocelle, not Positano. Nocelle is above Positano. You have two options to get to Positano: walk down the stairway path right outside the hotel or take local bus. To save a few euros and walk off the pasta & wine, we chose to take the stairs down in the morning while the temperature was cooler and bus up in the evenings. Not sure I'd quite call it a hike, but the trek down is about a 30-45 minute walk down stairs all the way. Your legs will feel the burn and you may have to rest occasionally, especially if you're not used to walking this much or have bags with you. I do not suggest walking back up. Each morning, we would pass people walking up the stairs profusely sweating, regretting their decision. Take the bus. It arrives routinely, only costs a few euros per person, and drops you off right outside the hotel. Totally worth it. While the walk is not optimal, it does provide a nice opportunity to get some exercise, experience some incredible views, and see more of the local way of living. Would definitely come back to see Dina & Giuseppe and stay at Casa Cuccaro. Unforgettable experience.

Very good welcome from Dina and Giuseppe. I twisted my ankle and Dina took care of me. We felt like home! We love hiking so this is an excellent place to be. We stayed 3 nights but this is not enough! Nocelle is a very small and cute village, far away from crowds. Beautiful view on the sea, over the village church and the vineyards. The breakfast is just great. Even late October, we could enjoy the nice terrasse/deck with the view of Positano. A place we highly recommend. A taste of Italy!
