I should have paid more attention to the lesser ratings/reviews as well as the owner's responses to critical reviews: I would have avoided this property! That being said, and in anticipation of receiving a caustic response from the owner of La Maliosa, I will say this stay was costly and unsatisfactory. The good: spectacular views and a very clean property....

We stayed at La Maliosa for four nights just recently. What an amazing place to stay. Breathtaking views from all the rooms, with lovely courtyards and grassed area to sunbake or just sit and enjoy a few drinks at night. Felix the host was great and very accommodating. We were a family of 7 and arrived with one extra person...

The host Felice welcomed us very friendly and is a very nice person. He also offers free shuttle services to different places. The B&B is amazing with a beautiful garden, an amazing view over Positano and the bay, nice terrace and access to a private beach which is a little bit of an exercise to get up and down many...

Our reservation was cancelled on the day of our stay. As had been mentioned in reviews before the owner seems to cancel bookings at will. Don't risk being stuck without somewhere to stay as positano gets very very full! We booked through booking.com and had confirmation but this didn't seem to mean anything

Located about 25 walk along a narrow winding road with no footpath from Positano, which can be arduous in the heat. Room price includes breakfast of pastries, jams, cereals, eggs and coffee. Lovely views from room but overpriced for what you get as there are no facilities nearby. Clean, but basic furniture. Bedding was not the most comfortable. Paper thin...

Place is awesome and food great. It has unique view. But Felix made me park outside on the street side and 4 months later I received 2 fines from Positano's Traffic Police for 180 € each. I could have stay at the Ritz for that money! Not recommended

Upon your arrival Felix, the owner will ask if you are hungry , tells you he is a chef and will cook whatever you would like. There are no menus and no prices. I asked for a tomato salad and my husband asked for 2 small pieces of fish. He brought these out along with olives, bread, and cheese (which...

Just by the coast with a great view of the beautiful hills, sea and various boats that come across. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Only problem we had was with the hot water not working, but when weathers 33 degrees its not a HUGE problem, just abit annoying. Good helpful friendly staff (Felix & Anna) that have...

We had a stay of 2 days in maliosa di Arienzo. We meet the owner, Fèlix and he was an absolutely unfriendly and not welcoming at all. He kind of tricked us so that we would stay another extra night in his hotel. If he likes you he is going to be very nice if he dislikes you he will...

Located outside of Positano, La Maliosa d'Arienzo was a very average stay. The room itself was small and clean. However, neither the air conditioner nor the safe worked in the room. There are a number of staircases within the property which may make access difficult. From the room, it was easy to hear what was going on in the adjoining...
