About the right distance from the top of the hill to the beach. Easy to navigate. Hotel staff was the least friendly of all our 5 hotels in 2 weeks. Not rude, just not friendly / overly helpful. Happy to answer any questions, just not going above and beyond. Our rooms were clean and we had great balcony views (see...

After just finishing an exhausting hike along the coast and the Sentiero Degli Dei, we plodded our way up through the inclines of Positano to our original hotel, Villa Della Palme only to find that our rooms were not available due to a plumbing problem. Thankfully the wonderful owner, Manuella, arranged for a room at the Royal Prisco, drove us...

This was a lovely hotel in the lovely town of Positano on the Amalfi Coast. The location is great for the budget class this hotel is in. The hotel is tucked into the canyon with wonderful views of the hills, mountains, and water. Our rooms on the second floor were spacious, with lovely large balconies, and the bathrooms were the...

we stayed here for five nights to finish off a two week trip around the area. The hotel on face value is nice, well presented and the staff are lovely. We stayed in room 1 on the second floor, it was a spacious room and we had everything we needed. There is a strange bed frame around the bed that...

We stayed at Royal Prisco 2 nights..after reading previous reviews we thought to ask for a upgrade to a balcony room, none were available, the room we had was adequate, lovely and clean and fresh with a view..The staff were very nice, we had to wait until 2pm to access room. Breakfast was ok with plenty of choice but the...

We stayed for 4 nights at the Royal Prisco. It is well located near the centre of Positano and near to SITA bus stop from Sorrento - relatively easy to navigate. Upon arrival we were told we couldn't check in till 2pm which was perfectly fine, after a few hours of exploring we came back to check in. The owner...

I am appalled at my stay at this hotel, upon arrival we were told that there was a technicians fault with the deluxe room that we had booked, and were told that we would have to stay in a economy room 'holding room' for the night and that they would upgrade up to a junior suite and refunded money from...

This hotel is an absolute gem - location is amazing - right on the main street walking distance to the town, restaurants etc. We had a suite with a terrace overlooking the ocean - breathtaking is an understatement! Breakfast was great and the staff were really lovely and helpful.

The Royal Prisco is a great choice for those wanting to explore Positano as it is ideally situated just a few minutes walk away from the beach and great shopping. We had 2 rooms for our party of 5 and we were so appreciative of how clean, lovely and spacious they were! Our room that held 3 had a huge bathroom,...

We stayed in the beautiful Royal Prisco hotel for 6 nights at the end of July. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotel. Huge room with a lovely balcony and stunning view of the Positano bay. Continental breakfast was the perfect start to the day with the warm weather and the lady that served it was so...
