We stayed here for 3 nights and adored the views from our balcony overlooking Positsno. Il Canneto is located further up from the town and it is about a 25 minute walk down into town. We loved that we were situated above. The shuttle bus is also available if you don't want to walk, however the walk is gorgeous. This...

We had a great stay for a long weekend at il Canneto. We had a wing all to ourselves as two couples with 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom and shared balcony. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The bus stop is right in front of the property, which makes it very easy to get anywhere within Positano...

It wasn't pleasant experience from the start. Nobody from staff smiled once. Instead I felt like an uninvited invader. The room was pretty clean except horrendous smell of detergent which apparently implied fresh (and extremely cheap and old) linens. Mattess is really old and uncomfortable, pillows hard as a rock. No A/C!. We had to leave window open to have...

We weren't sure where this BNB was situated but it was actually perfect - close to the bus stop so we didn't have to walk too far. Situated on the main road looking down through the gully towards the cathedral and beach - just so beautiful. The prices here out way all other hotels and BnB s - good value....

This was our second stop after Sorrento and we were very happy with our stay. As with many of the places in Positano, the hotel has stunning views and is well placed, being around 10-15 minutes from the town centre. All of the rooms as far as we could tell had amazing sights of the town and you will not...

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this little hotel, the owner welcomed us on our arrival and also helped with parking the care as its a little tight, from then on all the staff were extremely helpful and attentive and very friendly. We had a superior room with the most wonderful view I have ever seen, this was...

Basically you have to decide what your priorities are. The location offers a peaceful setting high above the town with a splendid view. Good restaurants can be found a short walk away (10 min. to our favourite C'Era Una Volta). The room itself is large and bright and, as a bonus, has a balcony. The road is right there but...

Location as far as the view is great , however to get into the town itself you require to catch the bus, which is just outside the place , care is required as it is situated on a bend and there is a lot of traffic, the owners ensured you are safe when crossing to the bus stop. Our room had...

Nice room in a quant B&B, which is on the main road through Positano and it has great views down into the town. The bedroom & shower room were quite spacious and had a balcony. Quite stark but still pleasant. Breakfast was ok, a bit simple and lacking choice, but ok. The location is a bit out of the way,...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The residence is located by the main road of Positano, probably at the most peaceful part of Amalfitanian Coast. Being close to the canyon and to the stream "la Cascata" brings more freshness to the rich vegetation of this oasis. It is easy to reach, avoiding the busy road to the centre of Positano and easy to park using our quests parking. The place is managed by the family and one can appreciate it seeing beautifully arranged garden and the most important is our cuisine. ... more   less
