In any self-respecting spa there must be a relaxation area with at least herbal teas.
Secondly the cleanliness: I have always found a clean space, especially outside where it is easier to get dirty etc... This time I noticed, especially in outdoor tubs, grass and soil bottom.
External whirlpool slightly heated.
Finally, I think it is the minimum to find in the showers dispensers that can provide a shower gel and a shampoo.
I hope this review is not taken as a criticism, but as a useful advice to give justice to the wonderful location in which it is located, in my opinion priceless and enviable!
Unfortunately, poorly managed.
Access to the structure involves having to park the car in a nearby car park, where the stairs to reach the structure were covered in ice and both my friends and I slipped several times. All you need to do is throw in a little salt!
As for the outdoor tubs, only lukewarm water, when with -5 degrees I expect the water to be at least warm!
Last note, the complete absence of clocks in the various areas (or at least, I didn't see any): how should the guest who has paid for an entrance fee of 2 and a half hours know that time has now passed?
The same goes for dinner about 90€ per person, some good dishes such as tagliolini al char others less. However, for this amount it is not acceptable that the first and only after the entré and the bread is brought to us, nor that the bread is so salty as to be inedible.
Exceptional being directly on the ski slope
The indoor and outdoor spa is really a very welcome plus
The rooms are spacious and cozy (maybe a bit cold)
Restaurant attached with interesting and satisfying proposals
Good breakfast
