I went to the spa of the bear's den, as every year, and given the price (certainly given by the high season) I was disappointed and surprised by some shortcomings that I had never noticed: until last year there was a corner inside the SPA where herbal teas and snacks (fruit) were offered to maintain hydration and all in all to ensure a pleasant experience, while this year they both passed away, which did not please at all (considering that I do not think it is possible to bring outside drinks inside).
In any self-respecting spa there must be a relaxation area with at least herbal teas.
Secondly the cleanliness: I have always found a clean space, especially outside where it is easier to get dirty etc... This time I noticed, especially in outdoor tubs, grass and soil bottom.
External whirlpool slightly heated.
Finally, I think it is the minimum to find in the showers dispensers that can provide a shower gel and a shampoo.
I hope this review is not taken as a criticism, but as a useful advice to give justice to the wonderful location in which it is located, in my opinion priceless and enviable!

The location would be very picturesque, surrounded by nature.
Unfortunately, poorly managed.
Access to the structure involves having to park the car in a nearby car park, where the stairs to reach the structure were covered in ice and both my friends and I slipped several times. All you need to do is throw in a little salt!
As for the outdoor tubs, only lukewarm water, when with -5 degrees I expect the water to be at least warm!
Last note, the complete absence of clocks in the various areas (or at least, I didn't see any): how should the guest who has paid for an entrance fee of 2 and a half hours know that time has now passed?

I returned to this hotel after several years and it was great, as I remembered. We spent 1 night in the hotel and the next morning in the spa. The only problem with the outside is that the hot tubs are few compared to the guests in the hotel, so I recommend accessing the spa during opening hours. The girl in reception was very helpful, she greeted us personally despite it was already 9pm on our arrival.

The fortune of this hotel is its location, convenient in both winter and summer for walks and skiers. For the rest I would say everything can definitely be improved given the potential. Nice rooms but not very clean, a lot of dust and what was unacceptable to me was finding the dirty towels deliberately left on the floor to be changed, folded and hung in the bathroom to be used the next day, unacceptable rubbish! Young staff not always up to the role. The restaurant is decidedly disorganized, unable to manage the influx. If you are a guest of the hotel you have no priority over the restaurant and as happened to us in 4 days we were never able to eat there either for lunch or dinner (but from the comments of friends on paltry portions at a high price it seems to be better this way ). winter breakfast nothing special and very slow and inattentive service (after 4 days the waiter still didn't remember my allergy). Price definitely too high for a 3 star hotel and for the service offered (for a baby cot I would have even had to pay extra)

We booked the spa well in advance they did not warn us that right next to the outdoor pools there was the DJset with very loud music that could also be heard inside, we pointed it out but there was no apology. The spa is definitely nice, but many details are missing, they pay 45 € for 3 hours I think at least one herbal tea and the clean and not ice-filled outdoor driveways are the minimum.
The same goes for dinner about 90€ per person, some good dishes such as tagliolini al char others less. However, for this amount it is not acceptable that the first and only after the entré and the bread is brought to us, nor that the bread is so salty as to be inedible.

8/12/24 date of my entry into the SPA, I was struck by the kindness of the staff, good and always very helpful (even when I asked to give me another bathrobe because some "careless" customer thought well to take mine and without asking for an additional cost, not always discounted in spas). Now a single observation quite important and a marginal one; the first: at about 14:00 there was nothing to be able to hydrate with a herbal tea, not say hot but not cold, only cups with which to drink water and total absence a basket of fruit...., always starts then the comparison quality / price service (and the 8 was considered very high season). the second: the biosaunas need some greater care in maintenance especially in the boilers and the egg-shaped all wood to be completely revised in the coating. In summary, a very clean cozy spa to definitely go back, but what a need for some attention that makes the customer feel pampered and this makes the difference.

Overrated place, changing rooms too small, just two showers for the amount of people there are not enough. Sauna in the warm woods. On arrival the reservation was not made, despite this they managed to find a free locker. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Quality / price I would say nothing to say, all very satisfactory, only flaw, the hotel is detached from the restaurant area, very kind staff, excellent and hearty breakfast , if the room cools down, talk to the reception before 21, so you raise the temperature
