Stayed here for a week with saga. Brilliant holiday, made even more so by the family Franceschi and Michaela our Saga rep. Hotel homely very friendly. The food was delicious, with three choices every evening. Lots of walks with superb views. Great if you want a get away from it all Italian Holiday.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a Saga holiday and cannot find fault with it. The close knit family who own and run the hotel cannot do enough for you and are really charming making our stay really memorable. The hotel has great atmosphere, which generates from the family and staff making you feel relaxed and welcome. We have just returned (4 May 2016) after a one week stay. Read all the Excellent reviews and you will get a true picture they are all spot on! The person who wrote a poor review asks "whats going on?" The answer is YOU WERE IN THE WRONG PLACE.

This is a family run hotel with all family and staff giving a top rate service. For o small hotel the food is very good. Get a room at the back of the hotel for the views and less noise from the church bells at the front.the hotel is located just off the main square near a bar. The walking.... More

I thought that maybe I would find the service and Hospitality would not be as good. This time I... More

In every way that counts this little hotel is first class. It is run by a three generation Italian family, even the children help with small items of luggage! I don't think I have ever seen people work harder and with such dedication. Nothing is too much trouble. We were part of a Saga group and stayed for two weeks... More

What a fabulous holiday. The hotel is unique and the Franceschi family are wonderful, so welcoming and friendly. Food was delicious with lots of choice both for breakfast or evening meal. Gavinana feels off the tourist trail and there is plenty to do in the immediate area, with larger towns available on the local bus if wanted. Cutigliano is well... More
