Nice place, nothing bad to say. The facilities was good the gardens were beautiful with fantastic scenery. Food was fantastic and staff was very warm. Would definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family.
This was such a beautiful hotel and wedding venue for a family member. Very spacious and the rooms were very clean and nice. The wedding was so amazing from the welcome party right to the wedding reception and the venue nd atmosphere did add a touch of class to the event.
The hotel was excellent with excellent staff and very clean would recommend to anyone. We held a 18th birthday party and a lot guest came over from England and they where over the moon with the function and the hospitality of the hotel
Amazing 5 Star experience from check in to departure. Food and wine is exceptional . Perfect location for the temples and the beach. Can’t wait to return to experience the new spa! I didn’t know about Paestum before this trip, I will surely return with the family.
We had the great pleasure to try a dégustation menu at the 3 olive restaurant and it was an absolute treat Excellent food creative tasty and very well presented thank you very much !! Will go back in Paestum especially for the food experience
My lovely experience at the Savoy Hotel started from the moment when I arrived at the hotel. I first had a chance to meet Mr. Giovanni at the reception. At that time, my room wasn't ready, but he was very professional and kind while explaining possible options for me to relax while the room gets ready. The room was ready before the agreed time, and the facilities in the room were great. Bad was super comfortable, another piece of furniture was nice looking, the view from the balcony was very pleasant, and the overall environment was very quiet. The room was regularly cleaned, and the amenities in the bathroom were also great. Other facilities in the hotel are also great and everything is clean, set, organized and it looks very interesting to someone who arrives there for the first time. Even after a few days, I was very satisfied with the overall environment in the hotel since I had a chance to visit all the restaurants and roam around many different areas. The breakfast was buffet style, there was everything available on the breakfast. I enjoyed homemade mozzarella, fresh juices, kinds of milk, drinks, coffees. The service was also very good, and the people were very kind. I would like to highlight that Mr. Luigi made a good connection with me and my wife since he is Italian but he speaks good English and he understood everything we needed. Other members of the crew were mostly Italian, and even though some of them weren't able to speak English, they understood everything that I asked for, and I can say that they were very nice polite, and professional. What I also liked about dining in Savoy Hotel in Paestum is the international diversity among employees. In my opinion, the gentlemen from Asia, mostly from Pakistan, are also giving a very nice touch to do service itself and quality of service that guests are getting. Shahazeb Khan and Jamshed Ali are very nice gentlemen, and from the conversation with them, you can see that they are two educated men. Also, their level of service was very good and they helped me and my wife to have a very lovely experience. Whenever we needed something in English, we knew that they will help us since we don't speak Italian. In my opinion, they are adding value to the quality of service. Making such a wonderful environment even more diverse is helpful, and it helps guests connect better with the place. Umaiy (I hope I did not miswrite it) and Baseey were the other two gentlemen I think also from Pakistan who was also very nice. I met them few times in the breakfast and in the beach restaurant, but they were super nice and helped me to get my juice, cereals, and other things I needed. BIG 10+ FOR ALL ASIAN STAFF AT THE HOTEL. I REALLY ENJOYED THEIR HELP AND SERVICE!!!!! Archangello The first man from the service yet I had the chance to meet was Arcangelo. His reach international experience in the service industry helps him to adjust to the guest's moods and they understand guests needs I enjoyed all the time when he was the server at my table and many times he gave me the right dining suggestions based on what I explained to him that I need. when I think about my overall stay at the Savoy Hotel and the quality of service he is having the best and the biggest impact on my journey and my stay in this hotel. every day when I arrived at the beach club there were different receptionists, among them Federica and Alessia You were very nice and always accommodated all my requests. the gentleman who is a manager of the beach club I think that his name is Antonio it's a very nice professional and he helped us in few situations when we ordered some items out of the menu still he did his best to make it happen for us and the food that was made was very delicious. Davide Is a shofar who drove us every day from the heart of the beach and he is also a very professional and good working man. The at the departure Mr. Aldo helped us to go smoothly through payment and checkout. he thanked us for staying with the boy Beach Hotel checked if there was anything that we suggest to improve and he warmly escorted us to the car. on top of everything, some small effort made a huge impact and our last day of stay in this hotel was also equally nice. I wish to return to this hotel as soon as possible since I know that I can expect an equally good experience. I would recommend this hotel to every traveler who would like to experience a luxury hotel in a quiet place and a beautiful natural environment. Overall what made my stay as good as it was were the people. They felt inspired to help me have a memorable stay, and it was successful since my experience was one of the paths that I had in past few years. I would recommend to everyone who stays in Paestum to visit the restaurant Tre olives and try a degustation menu or anything else. EVERYTHING IS GREAT!!! This dining experience was the best during my stay, and I understand why this restaurant has a Michelin star. It's a must-visit place for every hotel guest. It's worth money and worth trying. I recommend Savoy Beah Hotel at Paestum to every tourist who would like to get a good rest in the natural environment. Food is excellent, service is among the top, and ratio value for money is great also!! Keep it up Savoy Paestum and see you next year!!…
My family and I booked last minute to stay at this lovely resort only to book the following night the following day. The hotel has a grand entrance and the interior decor was beautiful. The outdoor terrace bar is tastefully decorated with elegant furnishings, ceiling fans and a beachy style partition to the main breakfast hall. It reminded me of the Raffles in Singapore. The pool was perfect and the surrounding gardens some of the most beautiful I’ve seen at a hotel/resort ever. It would be great to have some pool beds on the grassy areas surrounding the pool and access to towels at the poolside, but I suspect covid is impacting these touches. The room was in a classic style, comprising a king size bed and ample space.. very comfortable indeed and we had a good sleep too. Aldo at the reception was fantastic in providing us with recommendations for dinner. We ended up having a late dining experience with direct views of the Paestum temples, I believe the temple of Cerere. Thank you, Aldo. The breakfast was one of the best we had on our 14 day trip. Everything was super fresh, well presented and there was plenty of variety. What was the highlight was the selection of local bufala dairy products - the yoghurts were amazing. Lastly, it was recommended that we dine at Tre Olivi. We only ordered a starter and a main, but were overwhelmed with the assaggi for appetizers as well as the display of deserts they presented after our main to complement the overall dining experience. Service was exceptional and local, cilentana cuisine out of this world. I would stress this be a dining experience if you are staying at the hotel or nearby. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future, and to Cilento in general. …
Very disappointed. To date I have been so impressed, booking, friendly staff, very accommodating. Now, sadly, my opinion took a knock. Unless you have booked half board you can't eat in the evening in the hotel. The options are the wonderful, but expensive, Tre Olivi michelin restaurant (closed on Tuesdays) or going out of the hotel to the Club 93 Beach club, also very nice, or room service with a €20 surcharge. I would say on all other points the hotel excels, the pool, the setting the helpful staff, the Covid 19 precautions, the location in a rural but convenient position. But not being able to eat in the evenings is a very odd policy.
Beautiful appearance. Clean, abundance of towels, lovely pool and many pool loungers BUT service is slow in the bar and at breakfast. 40 minute wait for coffee or a drink. Appearances are important but lawns are mowed and hedges trimmed in the middle of the day while trying to relax by the pool. Unless you are half board you cannot order from the bar menu in the evening unless you eat in your room and that will cost an extra €20! No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. Lovely but some drawbacks.
