I would endorse every positive comment made by reviewers. If you have a car (and especially if you are visiting the Moro River War Cemetery) it is a very convenient place to choose. We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Costagenestre while visiting the Moro Cdn War Cemetery. Massimo is a wonderful host providing a fine breakfast every morning with fresh baking, home-made jam and superb espresso. Beautiful view of the Adriatic and access to a BBQ. We stayed two nights at Costaginestra B&B while visiting the Canadian War Cemetery which is just minutes down the road, and Ortona. As part of our drive up the east coast of Italy, we decided to stop at Ortona and visit the Canadian War Cemetery. We spent 4 nights in Costaginestra B&B in August 2012. During our 16 day Italy tour (Abruzzo-Umbria-South Toscana) this was the best accommodation we have found. Costaginestre is a beauiful little hide away spot in Ortona. Always clean, lovely decorated rooms, a breathtaking view to the ocean and a small but truly beautiful garden makes you want to stay there forever.
