What a wonderful stay with my daughter in this beautiful Pension located in the center of Ortisei charming mountain village in the heart of the majestic Dolomites and is the Check-out Point of many sites.

We stayed a week, first the warm welcome we were given, we had taken a Beginner Suite with mountain views, everything was perfect the impeccable bedding, the room was very spacious with a seating area and table then a balcony where we could relax admiring the beautiful landscape up to the chocolate square delicately placed on our pillows.

The bathroom included shower and bathtub and two basins, very clean, spacious, towels were changed every day, we had bathrobes and slippers to access the spa.

The hearty breakfast with homemade cakes nothing or missing, the evening meal included an excellent 5-course menu worthy of a gourmet restaurant Award of 30 euros.

The wellness area very well designed was very appreciated after magnificent hikes accompanied by Lukas our experienced Guide proposed by the hotel who knows the area very well and organizes different hikes from Monday to Friday. He showed us some splendid sites, showing kindness, professionalism and humor, we enjoyed his company.

And thank you to all the staff for their kindness, benevolence,
professionalism that listens, present to see if everything is okay while respecting your privacy.

You can hike in the dolomites from the Pension from the gondola lifts or with the buses or stations located just in front, and we appreciated the free buses provided by the Pension.

Finally you will have understood it excellent Pension. We can’t wait to go back so if you stay in Ortisei don’t hesitate to go!

I'm not used to writing reviews but honestly I would like the owner to read it.
Hotel located in my opinion in the best location of Ortisei (which I think is the absolute most beautiful point of the valley), convenient to take bus, chairlift and in the main promenade to take a walk.

It features a superb indoor parking (4 floors underground) which in my opinion is really a plus..... but after paying almost 4k for a week .... You ask me 10 euros a day.... Ridiculous. Put it in there and make me pay more..... you make us look better.

The hotel has been renovated very recently (partially) doing a work in my opinion (I want but I can not) partial that highlights aspects that make you go back 30 years (old hair dryers, antiquated bathrooms) ..... we might as well continue with the renovation in my opinion of excellent level.

The Spa is not bad...... but old, instead the outdoor steel pool TOP!!!! Congratulations, you see that it is of excellent quality.

Out of tune notes : room fixtures.... Drafts everywhere (very low quality), lobby where there are game tables.... Cold, everyone was complaining.

And then....... I take a Junior Suite and there are not even slippers because they have to be taken apart...... JOKE!!!?

Good restaurant service but nothing exceptional, Maitre di sala da grande Hotel 👏
Some very low-level waiters lie to someone in particular (a blonde girl with a tail .... I do not know his name) and the legendary Salvatore have made the difference, always kind and with a smile, ready to delight customers with courtesy.

Very kind and friendly reception girls.

As for you, Mr. “owner”, take an example from your staff, a smile and kindness would take you up a notch.

At check out the only thing he was able to ask me if I had taken something from the fridge bar 😂😂😂

You could have asked me how I had been, or something like that...... do you think who stays spending thousands of euros for a few days ago the crest on two bottles of water?

You see the luxury hotellerie has a lot to teach you, but evidently you live off the legacy of a magical place.

Too bad indeed!!!!!

This hotel is a great base for a stay in western Dolomites region, within walking distance to chairlifts for Seceda & Alpe Di Siusi & funicular to Resciesa. Very comfortable rooms, ours had a separate toilet & bathroom, sitting area and balcony. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast many varied options . The wellness area is exceptional, heated pools, indoor and outdoor, the outdoor pool is a spa too and the indoor spa area is perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day of hiking.

This was the best hotel of our 2-week Italy vacation. We loved everything about it, especially the relaxing atmosphere, wonderful meals, and anticipation of our needs before we even asked. One morning I was ill and didn't make it down to breakfast and they called my room to check on me and to see if I was okay. So thoughtful. I would love to go back again someday. Very friendly and helpful staff.

just back from a great stay and ski trip in this excellence hotel. Staffing are very helpful and courteous and go out of their way to make you fell at home. The service is second to none including the dining, the food is amazing! The hotel have activities every day including ski tours with the local ski school which is great way to explore this amazing area. Being close to two major lifts and the centre of village with the main bus stop for the ski is great. this was my 3rd time to stay and the level has been the same every time, we will be back

This warm family hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
I accompanied my husband who was ski ing and I decided I would walk every day. There was free walking trips each day. The reception staff would book this for me and give excellent instructions on how to get there.
At the end of the day we used the excellent spa facilities with outside heated spa pool and inside pool sauna steam room.
I had intended to use the gym however did not get the time.
The inclusive breakfast and evening meal was excellent.
I hope to return.

We had a great time. The apartment is in the center of Ortisei, very convenient for visiting Val Gardena. Clean and complete with all comforts. A plus is the presence of the guide Lukas who accompanies you along the paths of the Valley.
I recommend it to everyone for a mountain holiday.

Wonderful place. Imagine coming back from a day spent in the snow and having the chance to relax in hot water or in the sauna, or even better to take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy a nice massage. Clean and well organized rooms, the only flaws I found were the lack of the topper on the bed and the lack of the toilet sanitizing label. Great breakfast and dinner, the waiters are very good and nice.

Very good hotel in the center of Ortisei.
I stayed for a week and I must say that I am quite satisfied with the choice.
The location is certainly strategic because it is located at the beginning of the pedestrian area of the town in the lower part.
Very clean rooms
Really good cuisine for every day with a wide choice.
Very helpful and friendly staff ready to solve any need (applause to Ilario and the other blonde girl at the reception whose name I don't know for their professionalism and kindness).
Covered parking space with a cost of €. 10.00 per day.
Convenient internal ski storage.
All in all, the price is in line with other hotels of the same level.
In short, certainly a good choice to take into consideration for the future.
