We spent two nights in this amazing hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very nice and spacious and the bed was huge! As was the shower. This hotel is more for couples that can relax and enjoy the pool, spa, romantic dinners and activities. The Seceda mountain and Alpe di Siusi are close and you can go there by bike or hike. The food was amazing and very tasty, variety of meat, cheese, fruit, pastries for breakfast and a 5 course dinner. The menu was amazing, you can choose from 2-4 different meals for each course. They usually have desert buffet. All in all highly recommend it.

I was never so pampered in my life. This place is an oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. The staff was very helpful and friendly and helped us way and beyond. Even though the hotel dates from 18th century, it is very modern and they offer different activities. The room was spacious as was the bathroom, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. I can’t say enough good things about the restaurant, breakfast was a buffet with meat and cheese variety, eggs by order, lots of pastry, homemade granola, yogurt and fruit salads. The lunch is usually light but tasty and dinner is 5 course with carefully picked menu. Food was amazing and we tried some traditional Tyrol food with a modern twist - loved it! For some fun activities you can rent ebikes, go hiking, do yoga, swim in the inside and outside pool at relax at the spa. Truly an enjoyable experience, totally worth it.

Ortisei is a gorgeous village in the midst of the Dolomites and the Adler Spa Resort is a class act, amongst several excellent hotels in the area. The location is at the village center with beautiful views and surroundings, accommodation is of highest quality, the food matches the quality of a highly ranked restaurant (especially given the hotel size), service is excellent. It will please during all seasons both as ski resort and as the staring point for beautiful mountain hiking; rock climbing or cycling. Only ‘even better ifs’ were the quality and consistency of WiFi (not really bad but unreliable-therefore a must fix for such a quality hotel) and the somewhat ‘loose” attitude towards the COVID-19 risks.

Recently returned from a magnificent 4 night stay at this wonderful, upmarket hotel. I would have to think long and hard to find anything of any importance to criticise. From first arrival, the staff are super-friendly and anxious to take care of all of your needs. They were faultless in my view. We were on a B&B basis only but ate in the restaurant one night - the buffet was amazing, what choice! Breakfast was very good and the bar and leisure facilities hit the spot. Having a warm outdoor swim after a day's skiing was a real treat and with a wonderful view as well. We loved our stay and have booked to return in 2021..... Say no more.

+1
A superb hotel, right in the heart of the village.. two great ski rooms dependant on which side of the valley you’re heading out to and the hotel team will move your kit between the two, so no hassle. The 5 course dinner in the evening each night is amazing, almost Michelin standard food.. the seafood buffet being a particular highlight, the restaurant manager was outstanding in allowing us to change table. Breakfast too is superb, plenty of choice and gluten free options too. Spa and pools are first class and a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. All in all a great place to stay, great food, facilities and bar..
