We booked this hotel as our usual one was full. Only had one night so didn’t use the pool. We had our car and not that many places have on site parking. Got a very friendly welcome and although it’s a little bit of a walk , it’s a pleasant walk , though there is a steep hill. We had a balcony with a lovely view. Room a little dated but perfectly clean and usual Italian style breakfast. Definitely good option especially if you require parking or perhaps coming out of season and would use an indoor pool.
DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give it negative stars I would. The staff is rude and wholly unaccommodating. The hotel is dirty not updated and trust me the pictures on the website are not representative. The fact that this place holds itself out as 3 stars and even has Michelin stickers on the window is false advertising at best. My advice STAY AWAY!
The hotel is well situated, just outside the town, but if you don't mind hills then you can walk into the town centre in about 20 minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and their English is mostly very good. It isn't a big hotel, but has a nice pool and spa in the basement - the pool is open all day, but the spa is only open from late afternoon. Our room and bathroom looked a little tired, but not scruffy, and everywhere was very clean. The rooms at the front of the hotel have a great view of montepulciano. Breakfast is included and is buffet style, with fairly typical continental choices. Plenty of parking. Overall I would choose this hotel over an Airbnb in town for the price.
This place is great! We stayed there for 4 nights during our bike trip through Tuscany. They gave us room in the garage to do mechanical stuff on our bikes. We had an amazing view from our room. The staff is super kind, the breakfast is great. The most amazing part of this place is the hidden spa next to the inside pool. You HAVE to go in there during your stay. Only negative point is that there is only one restaurant that is very close. The others are in Montepulciano and you have to walk a bit (which is okay if you haven’t been on a 100k bike trip that day..!) I would easily recommend this place to anyone.
I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It's easy to get into town. The rooms were good and I had a balcony in my room which had the most beautiful view. Breakfast was always good too. There is a pool although I didn't use it.
