Just 7 rooms in a perfectly restored villa. The 3 owners make you feel at home. It feels as if you are staying with friends, but you do feel very private. It has a nice garden to sit in. The breakfast is a great buffet.

The owners of this little Boutique Hotel have paid particular attention to little details that can only make you smile. Spotlessly clean and somewhat camp in decor - I loved the place. In easy walking distance of the town with a good breakfast, and very beautiful gardens. All for a great price. I really can't recommend it enough.

My husband and I spent two nights here on our trip through Tuscany. It is owned and run by a lovely couple and their son Nicolo who spoke perfect English. In advance of our stay, Nicolo made dinner reservations for us; while we were there, he scheduled wine tastings. The grounds are beautiful with gardens and outside seating. The buffet...

Travelling with our friends we all agreed that our Two night stay was just not enough. We did not want to leave this most tranquil and beautiful B&B. Family run, pride of ownership shines through and through. Beautiful decorated rooms with antique furniture pieces. Beautiful gardens with olive, lemon and fig trees. We were treated like family. Once we checked...

Pictures cannot capture the beauty and tranquility of this wonderful family run boutique hotel. Close to the city center but away from the crowds. Great anchor destination for exploring the other hill towns of Tuscany. We'll return next year.

The father gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit along with great directions. The room was very nice and had everything we needed.
