We stayed for two nights here while we were in Montepulciano. It was a nice place and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and told us about the town. The room was very spacious and comfortable with good amenities. Like most places they had an included...

Travelling with our friends we all agreed that our Two night stay was just not enough. We did not want to leave this most tranquil and beautiful B&B. Family run, pride of ownership shines through and through. Beautiful decorated rooms with antique furniture pieces. Beautiful gardens with olive, lemon and fig trees. We were treated like family. Once we checked...

Pictures cannot capture the beauty and tranquility of this wonderful family run boutique hotel. Close to the city center but away from the crowds. Great anchor destination for exploring the other hill towns of Tuscany. We'll return next year.

This is an extraordinary hotel, well located, very nicely appointed, beautiful grounds and a staff that was superb. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone. The owners were extremely helpful, including restaurant recommendations, one of which was spectacular.

This family owned hotel is lovely. The setting is very serene and quiet yet within walking distance to the city center. The father gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit along with great directions. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. The breakfast is one of the best we've had in Italy and the...

I loved this charming hotel within walking distance of Montepulciano. (There is an elevator up into town!) Family run, the son, who spoke perfect English was a wealth of information on the area and wineries, he gave us great info. We stayed there three nights but could have stayed much longer. Breakfast was lovely! Great base to visit Montalcino, Pienza,...

I was looking for a place to stay for one evening when my wife and I decided to leave one day earlier on our trip. I contacted Niccoli via their website, and was told the B&B was sold out for the night requested, but that we could stay in the apartment the family owned in town. We could park our...

We stayed here one night and wish we had stayed longer. Nice Tuscan style rooms, quiet location, and a great garden to sit and ponder. Easy to find. We were greeted by Niccoli(?) who is very friendly, accommodating, and immediately makes you feel comfortable. The hotel has a bar so you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer in...

Lovely place to stay. Walking distance from the centre of town. This is a restful place to stay. Peaceful with a nice garden surrounded by olive trees. There is even a figure tree which they serve in the morning. Hospitality is first class. Our room is basic but fits with the tuscan style. Breakfast room lovely. This feels more like...

A boutique-style albergo within 15 minutes walking from Montepulciano. It's a beautiful property which is family-owned and operated. Niccolo (the son) greeted us warmly and checked us in quickly. There are just a few guest rooms and the family lives in a separate home on the property. The location is great, the rates very reasonable for high season, and the...
