This hotel of by gone glory was truly outdated, first thing, most guest in this hotel and in this city are 70+ of age and it seemed that the kitchen took note of that fact in regards of their menu choice. The menu was truly dissapointing for the star rating of this hotel! We recomend breakfast only and other meals outside the...

This is not 4 star hotel but maximum 2 star. It's needed improvement and renovation.Old , "tired", unpleasant place. Rooms with old cheep furniture, broken fridge, mattrass on my bed was so hard, it's feels like you are sleeping on wooden floor. Duvet was so cheap and old , with plenty of stains.. Its was disgusting and unpropriet , the...

Nice location in Montegrotto, beautiful garden, 3 pools with thermal water (indoor, half outdoor and outdoor), hotel is clean and maintained, has adequate parking, rooms are spacious, in bathroom you can find small shower, sink, toilet and bidet, cleaning is excellent. Overall impression spoils breakfast. The staff (although it is a four-star hotel) does not extend all the tables for...

we decided to spend our summer vacation at this restort taking advantage of the internal spa and thermal facilities having a big plus for us: the possibility to bring our dog with us during the two week staying. We are really satisfied of this experience: nice location and organization, the staff was helpful and friendly, the presence of historical landmarks...

This is our second time and we love this place. It's an ideal location to relax. Rooms are big, basic but very clean. Food is good and lots of choice. The different pools and jacuzzis are nice hot. The aquagym with Barbara is top (wish I could find someone like her in Brussels). The singer of friday night is awesome....

Stayed there for four nights. Inchecking went smoothe. Room was okay, clean and tidy, bathroom too. Room cleaned every day ....good. Since we went there in a very hot time (37 C) we could have needed a fridge on the room for cooling water. Food: Breakfast: Alle we needed but could use more than one type of cheese. Nice set-up...

We (My husband and I) have just been at the Bellavista Hotel for a periode of 14 days with our little son William. It was our first trip with our very young son, and it was the best time ever. The staff was amazing, and gave us full credit for our money and even more then we could hope for....

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for two nights and used it as a base for Venice. It's a very easy train trip to Venice from Monegrotto Terme. The hotel itself gives quite a grand impression when you walk into it's ornate foyer. The ceiling is decorated with elaborate chandeliers and wealthy ladies with their small dogs in...

As usual for Italy in winter, the buildings are overly warm and not comfortable for visitors not used to this. Decently appointed for the budget, friendly and helpful staff, good condition and perfectly acceptable for a business person. More suited to Spa visitors, of course!

Stayed here for a week, and was looking forward to relax at a family driven hotel that has several generations of history. Maybe expectations were to high.. but from what we were told, the hotel has been in the family for 5 generations and by that account you expect that service was key and impeccable. The staff at front desk...
