An oasis of wellbeing, this family run residence set in lovely grounds with Roman ruins is a very good find. It is unique, in what it offers; spacious, tasteful, elegant interiors, warm homely environment, good cure facilities with professional and personalised services. The food is good and the staff very pleasant and helpful. It is a work of love and passion: the mother and son are present tirelessly ensuring all is well. I had that priceless sensation of being at home and cared for. I was sad to leave. The effort is outstanding. The cure and the stay did me a world of good: it was therapeutic. My heartiest congratulations to the Tognin family and staff for their great work and my best wishes for their future endeavours.

We stayed there for 2 and a half weeks and really liked it a lot. The experience was very pleasant: the staff is very friendly and helpful, very personal, the rooms are nicely furnished and impeccably cleaned and maintained, the spa and pools are fantastic and last but not least the food is very nice, the options were always great and again the service was friendly, nice and very personal. Problem with the food: I gained a lot of weight! But thats my problem!

The hotel has amazing thermal baths with a special recovering mud known since the ancient Romans. Brilliant suite ( Superior) very tidy and clean, with fantastic views of the beautiful huge garden-park all around the hotel... The hotel has a Spa with pools and sauna with these wonder waters. Restaurant served us delicious lunches and dinners. Sometime, in the evening there is also a piano player: so lovely.. This is our last day here, but we will going back

My wife and I have been coming in the Neroniane for a vacation of one week per year over the last 20 years. We have always enjoyed the thermal facilities in the garden, the quality of food, the warm support of the staff and of course the pleasant hot waters of this site. But now the hotel has reached almost its perfection, after the renovation that has been made in the last three years. All the rooms are now very spacious and the spa area has doubled. We hope to come baack for many more years in the future!

We are a younger couple and we are disappointed of this hotel. On the pictures it seemed modern with quality food but this was not the case. During dinner you sit in a big ball room and the food is very basic. We had full board but after dinner (pêche Melba as desert!) and lunch (refrigerator fish and surimi) we decided to eat the remaining two days elsewhere. The pictures of the spa are of the renovated part of the hotel were only massages are given. The beautiful woman you can replace by older people. I think average age was about 68 (in full season). Hotel was not clean either (spider webs, dishes not clean) and staff was also not the friendliest. Although we enjoyed the pool, you have to wear a bathing hat which made me think of high school. Avoid this hotel when you want a modern, stylish and clean hotel.
