Four stars are joke. Small room, heating not working, beds are hard as stone, cigarette marks on the desk. Terrible breakfast, only cheese, eggs and sweets. Good thing is location. Also the staff were all helpful. And Wi-Fi is free.

This hotel wasn't a good experience. One thing it was air conditioned so that was good.. The staff were okay, not great. The food was awful! And i mean awful!!!!!!! Terrible hotel! We were on a coach tour and unfortunately our guide changed the hotel to this hole. The rooms are outdated, carpet dirty, cigarette marks on the room desk, the beds are as hard as rocks. Breakfast and dinners were disgusting. We were fed chicken that tasted boiled. Just nasty! I would never recommend this hotel.

Really like this hotel, our coach could not get to it so we walked about 200 yards, bags were in room and the same procedure on departure like an aircraft. Food was good, room was good and as it was in town centre had a lovely night out and about. Very good location for touring area, even church bell did not...

It's all about the location and service. The location is great for exploring Toscani. Hotel is very average and on some area needs a lot of improvement. The bad smell from our room or rather toilet was the worst think in this hotel during our 3 days stay. The breakfast was ok but nothing special.

This was a 2 night stay and due to a coach problem we arrived very late. Not able to shower or change clothes after being on a coach for 12 hours. We were asked to go straight in to dinner as the staff wanted to go home. This was 7.30pm. dinner was served by staff that didn't appear friendly and...

Montecatini Terme is a very handy base for exploring Tuscany and the Hotel Terme Pellegrini is in a great location within the town. We usually rent cottages or apartments instead of staying in hotels but jumped on a reasonably priced flight/hotel/rental car package and were switched to this hotel at the last minute. It was an upgrade, since it's right...

Situated in the city centre this hotel gives you an excellent opportunity to explore Montecatini Terme as well as Alto. Short walk to the railway station makes it simple to go to Florens, Pisa, Lucca etc. The rooms seem to vary quite a lot, from spacious ones (with two balconies!) and street view to small ones with backyard view. We...

I stayed at the Hotel Pellegrini for 2 nights with a group. The staff was very helpful and accommodating--even bringing me a fan to my room when the a/c was not working properly. It was fixed the next day too! The rooms had balconies with curtains to keep the light/sound out. The room was in good repair--clean, well-lit, comfy beds....

I loved where this hotel was located, though it was quite noisy. The rooms were fine. We had 3 people in our room, and we have 4 single beds in the room. We had a little balcony off our room which was located on the front side of the hotel. The food was really bad though and since our breakfast...
