Although the pillows on the bed seem to have died, the overall quality of the room was fine. The owner has collected charming antiques and these are displayed in the halls. Lovely old prints adorn the walls of the rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is predictable and OK other than the coffee which is awful...

We arrived in the evening and, after settling in, wanted a place nearby to have dinner. It was after 8 PM and weren't sure we could get anything decent. The manager gave us printed directions to a wonderful little restaurant where we had our first experience with Italian pizza... a real treat. The breakfast was served every morning in a...

This beautiful hotel is a very special place where you feel like you've stepped into the bygone era of 1920's the moment you step into the front door. You notice Clark Gable and Burt Lancaster's photos displayed on the wall behind the front desk. And then you encounter an antique intricate metal design caged elevator by Stigler next to the...

The hotel was very quaint, clean and comfortable. The staff was outstanding and extremely helpful. The sumptuous breakfast buffet offered many choices, with cooked eggs every day. Free parking was an extra plus and the location was ideal.

Arrived with an € 80 toll ticket and the manager swooped in and fixed it for me. Was not my fault as the toll machine malfunctioned, but I read about the toll trolls and was scared!!! Big point on customer service that she volunteered to take this on for me and the fixed it. Also gave me a great primer...

Entering the lobby, we were welcomed warmly, as we looked up and around at this grand old gal. Great information given from the front desk staff. Info on restaurants, shopping, train stations, cabs were called, maps hilighted and given to us. They took good care of us. And we were kind in response. Be good to each other. Gateway 1...

Just back from a great week at the Grand Regina. The hotel has an old world elegance that make you feel instantly special. The most positive thing about our stay was the staff. We had tones of questions and request form them at all time of day and they could not have been more accommodating. Anytime we wanted the bar...

My fiance and I recently had a short stay in Montecatini and had the pleasure of staying at this adorable little hotel. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were impeccably clean and interior was absolutely charming. The hotel is within walking distance to the city center but quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. I...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from March 10 - 14. It's a lovely, charming hotel with high ceilings and interesting furniture. The rooms are small but the beds comfortable. The bathroom was tiny, we didn't care about that, but the shower was a tiny corner of the bathroom, not at all separate from the rest of the...

We stayed at the The Grand Hotel Regina for five (absolutely wonderful) days in late March last year as part of a Gate 1 Travel drive and fly tour of Tuscany. If you want to experience a real piece of Italy, this lovely hotel with its professional, personable, extremely helpful staff, warm and elegant surroundings, not to mention the well-stocked...
