It's my second time here, as I had planned another visit to this lovely town prior to the pandemic. My father, who was a ham radio operator, had a radio amateur friend, who lived in Montecatini Terme. I used to spend hours with my dad as he spoke to his friends all over the world, so I promised myself, I was going to visit this town in Italy. Was very happy to learn, Franquia e Quirinale was planning to open in the spring as I made my reservations early on, in January of this year. Martina Ranieri and Fabio Terreni were very attentive and helpful during the reservation period and our stay. The restaurant and breakfast staff were courteous, polite and kind. Love the nearby parco de la Terme, with it's beautiful pine trees, trails and red tennis courts. What a lovely little tennis facility! Looks like a private club. My favorite terma, is Terme Tettucio, at walking distance from the hotel. What a jewel of a town! …

I have stayed in the hotel for 5 days. Everything was perfect, great breakfast and clean room. What I would like to mention is the exceptional attitude of the front desk towards the quests. They went even an extra mile and were helping me with all the information and service that I needed during my stay. I felt taken care! Thanks to all of the people at the front desk for your great support!!!! Whenever in Montecatini Terme again, this will be the hotel of my choice.

We have just spent 6 nights in the wonderful Francia and Quirinale, everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff are fantastic, there was a really lovely lady , Martina I think , she was a manager , but she was everywhere all the time making sure all the guests were happy and had everything they needed, she was amazing, such a wonderful lady. She did not have to worry because everybody we spoke to were so happy with the hotel , the bar man Roberto is fantastic too, making cocktails and looking after the busy bar without keeping people waiting. I also must say thank you to all the waiting staff, they are just superb, happy and always making sure you have what you need they work so hard , whether it is breakfast or dinner, of course all this looked after by a lovely chap called Giuseppe. Then finally the brilliant and professional Fabio on reception, he is the solid rock on which all the guests rely on, and what a nice chap. On top of this the breakfast experience was so good, and the rooms we and our friends had were beautifully furnished , clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for anything more. I know from conversations we had in town with other guests staying in other hotels and were not lucky enough to be staying in the Francia and Quirinale that we had chosen the very best hotel in Montecatini. I have read the other reviews and I agree with them all, they are all right in their wonderful compliments, this hotel really is the best. We will be back , we are already thinking about next year, but in the meantime please can I say to Martina and all her colleagues thank you for making this a truly wonderful holiday. We stayed at this hotel as part of a Gate 1 trip. Wonderful hotel with clean rooms, great location and helpful staff. Breakfast was very plentiful with many selections. A big thank you to Walter who helped bring breakfast to our room when my husband wasn’t feeling well. He even showed up the next morning with coffee. He was always pleasant and helpful. Definitely an asset to this hotel!

F&Q has been run by the same family for over 100 years. We chose a deluxe superior room on the 5th floor. It had French doors and a small balcony overlooking the pool plus a refrigerator and flat screen TV (w/BBC News). Breakfast was typical of other hotels we used: scrambled eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, juices, yogurt & coffee. The hotel does have bus tour groups staying so the dining room can get a bit crowded.

Staying at the Francia e Quirinale was truly delightful. The staff was helpful and attentive to our every request. The room was clean and spacious enough for two with a nice view of the pool and the city. The hotel had the best, most complete breakfast of any hotel we experienced during our 2+ week stay. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city without need for a car and you feel safe in this upscale neighborhood. We look forward to returning next year for a longer stay.

Excellent first class friendly hotel family run for five generations Wonderfully convenient location close to a busy and interesting town center The town is very much an Italian holiday town providing many facilities for families and children especially. Good location with excellent connections to Pisa, Florence, Lucca and other Tuscan cities.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff were attentive, friendly and polite. Always ready to help. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. They were extremely comfortable and very quiet. The food and service was absolutely excellent, mainly Marta, Sarah and Roberto who went above and beyond, always with a friendly smile and interest in our daily excursions, absolutely wonderful staff. There was also ots of options to cover all food preferences. The bar, lounge areas and front veranda were all comfortable and beautifully maintained. The pool area also. We loved our stay in Tuscany. Definitely a holiday to remember with so many wonderful memories.

This hotel is the best we have ever been to so far. THE CLEANLINESS IS SPOT ON The friendly staff they will go far and beyond to help the guests, and the overall experience is second to none great. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the train station is nearby if you want to travel around . I would highly reccomend this hotel. GREAT HOTEL.

We loved our stay in this hotel during a visit in June 2022. A charming building situated in a pleasant and quiet area yet withing walking distance to the town centre. The hotel is classy and elegantly furnished with a hint of luxury and a welcoming reception area. Stylishly decorated lounge area provides a calm haven to relax in. Everything is clean to a high standard. This hotel has lovely and very welcoming staff who deliver professional, friendly and helpful customer service and care. Nothing is a problem and they are happy to assist with any queries. Martina and her colleagues were great hosts and looked after us very well. Cleanliness is always high on our priority list and this hotel was spotless. We stayed in a junior suite and we simply loved it. Spacious with beautiful decor yet also practical, they thought of everything. The most comfortable bed, we were well rested next day. Large and luxurious bathroom was impeccably clean. It provides everything one needs. We loved the marble in the bathroom though advise to take care when getting out of shower. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much and would return again.
