The rooms were big on the older side. There are nice big windows in the rooms and some of the rooms have a balcony. It is right across the street from the baths. The staff was very friendly. Good wifi in the lobby.

We had a corner room overlooking the street and it was very pleasant. Windows all open up fully so you can really enjoy the breeze and the atmosphere. Place was clean and comfortable. I had no complaints. Large pleasant lobby. Breakfast for just so-so.

I stayed in this hotel on 6th and 7th December to visit the Christmas Village. It's a very friendly and warm hotel, in the centre of the town, very close to all the attractions and services like restaurants, shops and spas. I was there with my husband and we had a very good stay, with a rich breakfast and a...

Spent a night here while on a Vespa trip through Tuscany. The owners are accommodating, stored my Vespa in their small garage down the street and gave me the last room available. No view of the countryside f rom it but pleasant nevertheless. Very nice restaurant downstairs but there are dozens of other choices in this very touristy town. The...

Our choir group of 20 adults and two children had a wonderful time in this hotel when we visited to participate in the Tuscany Music Festival 2015. Every person made us feel welcome and could not have been more helpful. We had some special requests along the way to include family-friendly room arrangements, limited mobility accessibility, and a 50th birthday...

The hotel has very limited parking so if you happen to have a car make sure to ask for a parking space (there are only about 3). Good morning breakfast included with the room. Wifi worked in one of our...
