You should stay at the big building if you want scene and light. We stayed at this lovely hotel 2 nights at the small building. Our room overlooking a Wall and it was dark. There were no wifi in the room THey give codes but it doesnt work. The staff were very courteous attentive and very helpful. The location of...

We checked in as part of a Cosmos tour group. The hotel is in the center of Montecatini but the rooms were really a tight squeeze. Available space is not even enough for an open luggage. The beds are worse. They were the size of goldilocks' baby-bear bed- i.e., fit only for children. My children were in another room and...

The hotel is quite a bit from the railway station and is on the edge of the town. The reception staff spoke English and the reception area is quite opulent. The breakfasts were fairly good by Italian standards with scrambled eggs bacon and sausage available. Staff were efficient at the expense of friendly. Would stay there again.

We only had three nights here as we were travelling on but loved everything about it. The staff were helpful and friendly, the food was delicious - they even had some gluten free options for me. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and I loved the wee balcony. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing...

Rooms (carpet, windows, towels, etc.) felt dirty/poorly maintained. Also, reception lady was rude. However, restaurant staff were nice. Food (included in tour package) is above average and location is good with a nice park just across the road.

I had an excellent room on the 4th floor with great views of the spa and mountains and distant Monticatini Alto. It was kept spotlessly clean despite my painting gear being all over the place. The hotel is charmingly decorated, calm and welcoming and the staff could not be more helpful. Not a hotel for those who want everything to...

One of the worst stays I have ever had. It barely achieves the 1 star in this review because I did not find any bugs. You have to walk across the street from the check on desk to access your room. Rooms are tiny and thin walls-- I heard everyone, all night. But what really compelled me to actually sit...

We had the misfortune of spending two nights at this substandard hotel. We know that European hotels are not up to US standards, but this hotel was far below European standards. It is a relic from many years past and it has not been renovated for Lord knows how long. A few of the highlights of our stay are: -...

Good morning, I regret that there have been all these problems, many of which, we have been able to resolve them, if done this, at the reception. We had a fault with the boiler, but it is not true that the hotel has never been renovated. Continuously, step by step, we make improvements and renovations, according to our renewal plan...

I stayed here with a cosmos tour and the area is great. Good area for shopping and different places to eat. The outside of the hotel is really cute, now for the rooms themselves...the pros are the size-this is one of the bigger rooms we had, also had a cute little balcony. The bed is hard as a rock, as...

I'm sorry to have found all of these problems at the hotel. If he had mentioned this at reception, we would try to solve them. Katia
