I have been in the hospitality industry for over 16 years and must say that over all the countries and hotels I have stayed, the staff here make this hotel even more exceptional than most. We were upgraded at check in which included a butler (George ), who was there to greet us moments after we checked in and say...

My husband , my daughter, and myself stayed at the Grand Bretagne. The Hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent. The spa was also amazing and the pool was enjoyable. We had lovely rooms and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was unbelievable. The attention to detail was remarkable, the staff were superb, and the customer service amazing. They helped me track down a lost bag from the airport and the concierge was very helpful. The breakfasts with the view of the Acropolis and worth the entire visit alone!

Good hotels do not always mean good service. In this case it is not so. The hotel staff is incredibly helpful and incredibly genuinely nice. The food was excellent as well. The views from the hotel are amazing day and night. Also, if you're here on business and have very little free time, the location of the hotel allows for...

We spent two nights at this hotel after flying into Athens from Honolulu, HI and before our cruise on Oceania's Riviera. The cruise line booked the hotel although we would have preferred a lower-class, less expensive one. The hotel sent a driver to pick us up at the airport. The driver was very professional and talked about the sights we...

This comfortable hotel has a lift, large rooms and a small, dedicated, secure parking area (parking for 10 euros a night). However, the parking area is quite hard to find, being off a street, up a side alley to the left then up a back alley to the right. You need to go to reception first as the gate needs...

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Arrived to AC not working. Horribly uncomfortable. Food OK. Over salted, but portions were good. Staff were nice. Rooms are large, but AC is grously inadequate. we complained stringently and were told "there was nothing they could do". However, after much complaining they "rebooted" the AC and it did begin to cool the room....a little. Bathrooms...

We are here with the Gate 1 travel package. To begin the hotel is hard to find as there are several Grand Hotels in Montecatini. Once found it has been very nice. All staff are helpful and most speak English. The hotel is clean the rooms are clean as well. I read in other reviews that the shower was awful,...

I went to Montecatini at the end of the summer as final destination of a trip around Tuscany. I can honestly say that Hotel Grande Bretagne is the nicest place I stayed across my whole vacation. I've been welcomed by a lady which I believe to be the manager of the place and she made me feel at home as...

Stayed here for a week and I can highly recommend it. The staff are friendly and the rooms are great, furnished very well. Plus it is a good location to explore the locality. If you are in this part of Italy, I would highly recommend it! Paul
