Besides the central location in Montecantini Terme, this hotel is not recommendable. The rooms are ok but old and worn, they are very dark and dull, the aircon did not work properly, and we had to ask the reception to reset it. Breakfast was standard Italian, nothing great. Unfortunately there was a large group of people travelling together between which... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night and that was enough. My room was very dark and basic. It was painted green with very dark green gloss paint. The bathroom needed a revamp. the bed and pillows were lumpy and the sheets rough. The hotel had lifts but there are mid=level rooms which can only be reached by stairs..... More

This is not a three star hotel in UK terms. Although clean, our room was poorly furnished, needed decorating, beds worn out, the one chair sagging. The shower door was broken and the shower head fell off the wall. Balcony overlooked a noisy road. The breakfast was distinctly poor with very little choice and no fruit. However, it is situated near the... More

Not bad. Staff not very nice, especialy the owner lady. Clean hotel, clean rooms. No free wi fi. Near city centre, in the nice place. Big terrace. If you want to use tv, you have to pay for the remote control.

We had a holiday with a group and the agency booked this hotel, but it was extremly awful. The rooms and the furniture looks very old and bad, also very dark and with a bad smell. The towels looks like kitchen towels. We didn't enjoy at all. Dinner was ok, but the breakfast very poor, only a ham, a cheese... More

I'm the owner who stay " working " daily in the lobby. I always make the difference but not in relation to the nationality but regarding the price that guest pay. I suggest you to don't be angry with the Hotel but with Agency where you bought your Journey . Witjh the money that I receive from your company for... More

Friendly staff in this hotel, we were allocated room 318 which was nicely renovated - though looked out on a street which involved lots of noise each morning at 6.30 from (possibly hotel) tidying up. The shower was pretty cramped but the water was an even temperature, despite fluctuating pressure. Reasonable size room, plenty of hangers in the small wardrobe,... More

Very nice hotel in the centre of Montecatini Terme. The rooms are OK, but the bathrooms and especially the showers are small. What you get, though, are excellent meals, nice location, tuscan charm and lovely and helpfull staff. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is the place to stay!

Firstly the location of the hotel is perfect. Slap bang right in the middle of the busy town centre. In the evening you can sit on the hotel terrace and people watch. The hotel is also circled with Italian designer boutiques. The reception and public areas are open and light and then you get your first glimpse of evidence that... More

We visited this hotel with a group and just loved it. The hotel is in a great location! You can sit for hours outside on the balcony and just people watch. But if you want to do more, your location gives you so many choices...visit shops, pubs, parks, so much with this location. The hotel has older architecture--Tuscan Style. This... More
