We enjoyed several pleasant light meals at Ambrosiano and were especially happy with the waitress service and her knowledge of English. The menu was varied and offered a good choice for all tastes. We had a problem with the lamb being tough but an alternative was provided without question.

Where do I start ? Stained carpets, marked walls, dirty room, noisy room, tiny room, broken blind, terrible food, flashing lights. 10 euros for a T.V. remote control. No access for coach so had to walk from next street with heavy hand luggage.

The name was interesting but the hotel was not. Ground floor seemed OK, though access from a coach was from a parallel road by the station. Also flickering/flashing lights in dining room that were switched off by us. The bedrooms were accessed via worn out carpeted stairs, lifts left to those with difficulty walking. The room was compact. 1 of...

Take a 3 star hotel reception and stick a cheap hostel on top of it and you have this hotel. Terrible rooms, poor staff and service and you have to pay for Wi-Fi and the tv remote! Noisy due to thin walls and they even manage to get breakfast wrong.

It is dated, dirty, shabby, noisy, tacky, cheap, you have to pay 10 euros deposit if you want the remote for t.v in room, and no free wi-fi they charge 1 euro for 30 mins, breakfast was basic, The evening meal I did not eat as the lighting was horrendous flickering ceiling lights which was quite capable of causing epiletic fits and...

Besides the central location in Montecantini Terme, this hotel is not recommendable. The rooms are ok but old and worn, they are very dark and dull, the aircon did not work properly, and we had to ask the reception to reset it. Breakfast was standard Italian, nothing great. Unfortunately there was a large group of people travelling together between which...

I stayed at this hotel for one night and that was enough. My room was very dark and basic. It was painted green with very dark green gloss paint. The bathroom needed a revamp. the bed and pillows were lumpy and the sheets rough. The hotel had lifts but there are mid=level rooms which can only be reached by stairs.....

This is not a three star hotel in UK terms. Although clean, our room was poorly furnished, needed decorating, beds worn out, the one chair sagging. The shower door was broken and the shower head fell off the wall. Balcony overlooked a noisy road. The breakfast was distinctly poor with very little choice and no fruit. However, it is situated near the...

Not bad. Staff not very nice, especialy the owner lady. Clean hotel, clean rooms. No free wi fi. Near city centre, in the nice place. Big terrace. If you want to use tv, you have to pay for the remote control.

We had a holiday with a group and the agency booked this hotel, but it was extremly awful. The rooms and the furniture looks very old and bad, also very dark and with a bad smell. The towels looks like kitchen towels. We didn't enjoy at all. Dinner was ok, but the breakfast very poor, only a ham, a cheese...

I'm the owner who stay " working " daily in the lobby. I always make the difference but not in relation to the nationality but regarding the price that guest pay. I suggest you to don't be angry with the Hotel but with Agency where you bought your Journey . Witjh the money that I receive from your company for...
