Stayed here for a week. Reception area and lobby quite nice. But rooms very dated and old fashioned and cramped. Bathroom certainly long past having an upgrade or even a paint. Very cheap and tattered furniture in bedrooms. Very hot in room and when I asked if the air-conditioning could be turned on, I was told that it is not...

I came as part of a group booking. I had paid for a double room and with a single supplement extra. I was given a very poor single room under the eaves and without even a window (only a roof light). The shower head fixture was broken as was the air conditioning control but, thankfully, the air-conditioning was working. The...

Stayed here for 4 nights on a tour. I understand the rooms are variable - some members of our party were very pleased. Our room was pretty basic - no light in the very small shower, no toiletries. Wardrobe door hard to open because it snagged on the (dirty, stained) carpet. Sticky surfaces etc. Variable aircon. Comfortable bed. Suspect that...

Modern and traditional hotel, all in one. Standard continental breakfast, or beautiful tasty croissant and Italian cappuccino... It is your choice. remarkably clean hotel. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. Hey, what can you expect from Italians, ha? Take the cannoli. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday... ;)

This Hotel is in a very strategic location at Montecatini downtown. It is at walking distance from the main road and the shopping district. It has a nice pool at the entrance with a wide lounge area opened during the day to the outside. This Hotel is comfortable for a large group of people. Staff is very friendly and attentive...

Clean room, but small and tight. Breakfast very basic with very ,very low quality products. Not what we were expecting 'under the Tuscan sun'. No attempt at pride in the local products. Very disappointing!

We stayed here the last week of April. The location of the hotel is very good. It is within walking distance of restaurant and stores. There is a flea market nearby on Saturdays. My room was comfortable and roomy. The bathroom was updated. The dining room offered a large selection of choices for our meals. Overall the hotel was comfortable...

Found the hotel to be a nice setting and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Food was good and nice breakfast buffet. Nice pool and lounge area. The lounge area was opened during the day to the outside and quite comfortable for a larger group of people.

I stayed for one and a half week at this hotel. The staff was very helpful, some of them good english speakers. It is a nice and clean hotel, with big rooms. Also the food was very good at this hotel. They have spa facilities, like massage, and a pool.

Please note that by the time you get down to the fivth review listed here, it's over a year old. There is obviously a reason for that. This Hotel thrives on Bus Tours and since they are still often sold out they obviously survive on Bus Tours. The people on Bus Tours maybe can't pick which hotel they stay at,...
