Looked like a Palace. That is what my husband and I called it! Beautiful and comfortable. What a fabulous property. Breakfast was very nice. Would definitely go back if we are in the area again. Staff very helpful. Very elegant. Our room was huge and the bathroom was perfect and very clean.

It is still impressive to drive up the front door and the front entry is welcoming. But after you are there and start to really look around you can see that the place has seen better days. Understandably it is difficult and very expensive to maintain properties like this today. But the accomodations are comfortable enough and the breakfast is... More

We loved this hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for you, spectacular grounds, beautiful rooms all at an affordable prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else when in Venice. Only downside is it's so expensive to travel into Venice.

A group of 15 people stayed 2 days for a company meeting. Comfy and enormous rooms in a good environment close to a golf court. Open yard with a big pool. Food and breakfast OK to be Italy. Prices reasonable for a 5* hotel close to Venice

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for the weekend as it was extremely expensive to stay in Venice. The hotel is beautiful, has lots of character but could do with some serious renovations. Some of the walls were dirty, there was peeling paint and broken tiles. It is definitely not 5 star and would put it between 3.5... More

Very dissapointed with our stay we would not goback. The hotel is in need of a deep clean and some renovation. The pool and gardens are lovely but the communal areas in the house feel dirty and shabby. Our room and bathroom felt the same. The breakfast choice was poor and we witnessed an argument between hotel staff and a... More

Great kept secret worth having a stay. We had stopped in Venice on the way over to cruise to Barcelona & decided to stay at Villa Condulmer on the way home. Not expensive at all. Taxi fare from airport was a little more expensive than we expected. Set price taxi fare for return to Venice Airport was less than half... More

Delightful discreet and friendly staff. Stunning property. Clean and easy pool area for adults and kids, with lounge chairs on the grass as well as along the edge of the pool. Excellent bedding and linens. 30 minutes by taxi from Piazzale Roma (Venice bus station and vaporetto), and 10 minutes from the airport. Cannot recommend it enough.
