We visited this place with two small children. The breakfast was really poor. Good connection with Venecia, about 200m from train station, 5 mins walk from really nice restaurant. Room is bit small, but ok.

Wifi works for a bit then will stop so wifi is why it's not getting 5 stars. During the day the desk clerk speaks great English but after around 6 when the...

We arrived in the evening.Check in was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was continental - croissants and coffee and service was good. Only room for 12 or so at a time so best to avoid peak times. There is no supermarket, no restaurant, no bank, no one in streets, there is nothing! And this hotel is also terrible, very old furniture, leaking lavabo in bathroom,...

The Hotel staff is very friendly, we received excellent information about the transportation from Mestre to Venice and also a few other tips. Breakfast was good, the typical Italian way. Unfortunately it was very loud noise above our room for two nights, it seemed that other guest made the night to day and even after the request the next morning...
