Very welcoming stay... It offered us a relaxing time, easy access to Venice, the staff helped us locate places and gave a great map. Food was excellent... The main part of a travel is going around and that can get dragged and get late, thanks to the front desk person he let us know how to get in if delayed...

This is the first time staying in Mestre rather than Venice, and I must say I enjoyed it. The hotel is in a more residential area, but in close proximity to the tram into Venice, and there were numerous restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We were lucky enough to snag a parking place right out front so...

We stayed here in September this year and it was a perfect platform for visiting nearby venice. Staff were very helpful on a range of requests and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good too. Excellent value for money.

Location and hotel was nice. 2 blocks away from tram that goes into Venice. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and breakfast was good. I would stay here again. I would not recommend to stay in Venice because of the overbearing crowds and all the steps getting to and from hotel with your luggage.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Just a 2 min walk to the nearest tram stop which takes you directly into Venice in about 15 and runs till about midnight (then there are night buses). We just needed somewhere to crash after taking in the sights and it was perfect for that. Nothing fancy but clean, and...

location: just great! 5 min walk to tram stop T2, and 20 min by tram to Venice, front desk: super friendly and helpful, breakfast: a lot of choice, very good bathroom: small rooms: at least my room was really bad. The smell in the room was awful; we have found very intensive electric odour plug into the electric socket. Without...

Hotel Guidi is a little bit tired, but excellently maintained by friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable, bathroom small but functional, and all the facilities worked flawlessly. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally generous and a great start for a busy day of sightseeing. The Guidi's location at first appears to be a bit out of the way,...

The Hotel Guidi is is a solid 3* hotel located near the renovated docks area of Mestre. It serves a typical continental breakfast which is above average. It is walking distance from good new restaurants (Japanese to pizza) and a popular Pub/Restaurant that brews its own beer if you don't want to eat in Venice itself all the time. It...

Definitely exceeded my expectations. Tram to Venice takes 10-15mins and the stop is just 2 mins from the hotel. Expected the rooms to be really dated but they were not. Rooms, toilets all clean. Free breakfast which was really decent. Guy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and allowed me to print some tickets of mine FOC.

The mattress was like a rock, the room cold and unfriendly but it was a cheap room with late booking. There was off street parking and not far to Venice, the person on the desk was very helpful and knew his history, the best so far as far as advice.
