We arrived around 18h30. Maybe it's because I used to work in a hotel before, but I do find it mandatory to at least greet new arriving customers with a smile and some enthousiasme. There seemed to have been some sort of miscommunication between the staff. We had requested a late check out for 12h and Friday's (16/12/2016) receptionist had...

Traditional Italian, mock baroque style 60's (?) built so perhaps not up to today's standards, has some charm nonetheless, thebathrooms would be found wanting especially , although everyrhing is well kept and in good order. The breakfast is excellent and plentifull, no grumpy staff, quite the opposite, same with the reception staff who were exceptionally helpful and courteous, do ask...

We stayed here for one night before our cruise and one night after. Staff were very welcoming and are very friendly and helpful. The hotel's decor has a real Venetian feel and everywhere is clean. We loved sitting in the little seating area not far from reception having a drink watching people coming and going. There is free wifi which...

ay ay ay ... How should i start? First - if you like clean cut european 21st century design - this will hurt your eyes. Mixture of golden wood carvings and glass and some lights over it, probably with the idea of a "vintage" look went wrong. The rooms are extremely small (extremelly for that rate at least ...), beds...

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour group through Italy in September. The rooms are small, but you don't spend much time in them as you're mostly in Venice wondering around (getting lost) The beds are comfortable. It's located right near bus stops and supermarkets, so you can easily get to town and have everything you...

I paid over £100 a night for this hotel, so was not expecting cheap digs. I stayed here for two nights. The lobby looked nice, but once we got to the room our hopes were dashed. The furniture was old, the bathroom was so small it was virtually unusable and the bedding old. The noise was crazy. The family next...

Rooms in central Venice are not cheap, so this is a good cheaper option out of central Venice in Mestre. I found the reception staff to be extremely helpful and fluent in English, and if they read this review - Grazie molto !!! 1. Access to Venice is via the 4L bus which is about 100 meters away (easy to...
